This is not a service disturbance but to your employee who is driving your company van who lost his attitude at 360 this morning. He decided it would be cute to flip me off this morning. I hope your day is better, sweetie. I’m sorry you didn’t think of your company and your presentation of yourself driving a company van. I would be embarrassed if I was you.I’ll be sure to tell my family not to call your company👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Vogel has great reviews and was recommended to us by our realtor so we called to schedule some HVAC repairs at our new house. Scheduling was easy but no technician ever came and no one called us that day to let us know or even the next day to apologize. We know things can be hectic and called again to give them a second chance. They apologized, said they'd send someone that same afternoon, but again no one ever showed up and we received no phone call. Very disappointed and we have taken our business to a company that actually respects our time.

Over priced $1152 to replace a blower motor that cost $150 , $65 to drive 1.5 miles to get the blower motor , $119 service call that does not count toward the bill asked repair guy why so much looked at me like I was crazy and said I don’t know. I do NOT recommend.

I have nothing but positive’s to say about Vogel Heating and Cooling. After my first contact with them I received a very professional email confirming my appointment with Jeff, the Comfort Consultant. It was reassuring to see a picture of him along with a description of his credentials and what I could expect when he came to my home. From that point forward it was smooth sailing. Jeff was a real professional, answered my questions and facilitated all of the details with the installation of my new furnace. Dennis, the installer, was
very skilled and accomplished the job in an efficient manner. In addition I would add that I had gotten several estimates and found Vogel to be very reasonable in their pricing. I highly recommend this company.

Had Vogel service my A/C at 8:00pm on a Monday night. Paul their service Technician was awesome, very thorough. He said he would be at the house in a half hour, he absolutely was ! This is the company to call for your HVAC repairs ! Thanks Vogel and Paul for getting my system running again !

On Friday 9/16/22, in accordance with our Preferred Classic Membership, Jeff Haberstroh performed the annual check and cleaning of our heating system. We always request Jeff to check our heating and cooling systems. He is highly professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Vogel is very fortunate to have Jeff. His service is always appreciated.

We've been customers of Vogel Heating & Cooling since 2017. They've consistently been friendly, knowledgable and respectful of our property.

Vogel is a great company to work with! Their quotes were competitive with other companies and Ken helped us get the most out of installing all new AC and furnaces. The team doing the install was friendly and professional. They worked quietly for such a large job and left with everything incredibly clean. Ken came back multiple times to ensure we were happy with everything. The folks installing thermostats were knowledgeable and helped us get everything programmed easily. This all could have been super stressful but Vogel made it a very transparent and simple process.

After receiving 9 bids from other companies we selected Vogel and from the first call, to the completed install, it was the best decision we have made for our home ac/heating needs. The Technician, Jeff came out and spent time to ensure the correct size unit would be installed and performed a load test, which no other company did or offered to do, ensuring what we needed. The installers Dave and Tom were prompt, professional, and highly informative. They left our home after two days beginning at 6:00AM and battled through the heat in the attic without complaint or hesitation. Vogel surpassed everyone else by doing not only the little things but also the RIGHT things on every aspect of the job. Great to work with a company that delivers real results and tremendous customer service.

Have had terrific experiences with Vogel, but today as a Premium maintenance multiple year loyal customer, supposedly with "priority", the first Fall maintenance appointment was 40 days out. Not the "priority" I expect for my pricey annual maintenance contract.
