We've had a number of good experiences with Vogel. Their staff are courteous and pleasant on the phone and arrive within their projected time frame. They have helped us out with preventative maintenance and Jason W. was able to quickly solve a furnace problem today (called Vogel at 9am, Jason showed up at 2 and all was fixed by 3). Highly recommended.

This is an honest and ethical company. Today, they came to my house for the second time this year, . They arrived early and were very kind. The young man could have easily charged me an extra $200 for a part I did not need and I would not have known any different. I did not have the same experience with their competition (H.Bros.). I recommend Vogel to everyone who mentions they are having HVAC issues. They are also available after hours which was very convenient when it was 90 degrees at night last summer.

Excellent Service, On time, Professional. From Salesman Jeff VanBuskirk, Accounting Mike, Office Coordinator Karen Leeker and my favorite installer-AMAZING Paul Tierney I am impressed and everything is in top notch condition. Sparkly and Beautiful. What a great team and they were honest to us. Especially my Mother. The second story of our house has always been hotter than the first. We’ve been in this house for 4 years and this has always been a problem. I had multiple companies come out and give me their recommendations as to how they would fix the problem. Most of them recommended we just replace the entire HVAC system. When Erik Fisaga from Vogel came out, he said replacing the entire system was definitely an option, but told us there wasn’t anything wrong with our current system. It still worked, the problem was that the cooler air wasn’t making it to the second floor. Even if we ran the AC longer, the 2nd floor never seemed to fully cool down. And the first floor thermostat would shut off before the 2nd floor was cooled down. Because if this he highly recommended we install the Arzell Zoning System vs. spending the money to replace the entire system. We decided to go with the Arzell Zoning System. Vogel installed it quickly and very professionally. I was shocked with how clean, kind, and professional their team was. After the system was installed, our 2nd floor IMMEDIATELY cooled down. This system completely solved our 2nd floor temperature problem. Anyone with a two-story house should have Vogel come out and install this Arzell Zoning System!! We’re extremely happy with Vogel and the high quality work they do. We will definitely be using them for future HVAC needs. Thank you, Erik and Vogel Team!!!

Over the years we have used New Systems now Vogel Heating and Cooling, to service, repair and replace our HVAC unit. WE have been impressed with the professionalism and the prompt response from the staff, in particular Joe Stone has been great. We request that Joe be the person who does our twice yearly inspections and preventative maintenance. My dogs like him, and he does not seem annoyed by their wanting to greet him. Above that, he is courteous, and thoughtful. Always explains what he is doing, and gives us advice on possible maintenance coming up. As long as Joe is a member of Vogel we will continue to be customers. Thanks Joe!

For past two years we have been using Vogel Heating and Cooling and finally got in to their Maintenance Program. We also had the UPS system that Vogel offers which reduced the Odors and we could tell the difference next day itself. Greg M did the initial assessment. He spent over 3 hours looking at everything. He had answered all our question and offered suggestions how we can reduce the energy costs. We are so happy with the services of Greg and also other Vogel team members.

Having worked with Vogel for several years on all of my heating and cooling needs, I can proudly say I have not been disappointed, and highly recommend them for any task or maintenance issue, large or small. I received excellent service from Vogel Tech Jason W. He was courteous, informative, and efficient. He located and fixed two gas leaks in the line to our furnace. We have always received good and reasonably priced service from Vogel as we did from Jason.

Vogel looked at the inadequate HVAC on our newly purchased rehab house and came up with options to improve and move forward. It’s seen four weeks of summer so far, and the second floor air quality is great. The whole project was done on time and inside the budget estimate. Many thanks to Jeff, Ben, and company!

I did the online service request on Sunday night this week. I received a call back on Monday evening from someone that said they were the technician who would come out. We set the time for Wednesday, at 9am.

Like many people, I am working from home and I agreed to that time, as it's before my working hours. On the day of the appointment (today), we got up and made sure we were ready for someone to arrive.

After waiting an hour, no one had arrived for the 9am appointment. No one called to say they were running late. No emails, texts, or any indication I even had an appointment. I called Vogel and they couldn't really give me a clear answer as to why no one had arrived, other than they could not find my appointment in their system. They just said that they were sorry and they could 'definitely get someone out tomorrow, or later today.'

That doesn't work for me, as we chose the 9am slot specifically because we have to work. So many people don't have work right now- we're lucky we do, so I can't have some late tech running around my house while I'm trying to be productive.

It's a shame too, because the AC unit on the house is probably from the 80's and we are absolutely trying to get it replaced. Vogel lost out on what would have probably been a $7,000 - $10,000 ticket.

I'm calling someone else for this job right now.
