Great Experience with Air Excellence!! After my AC quit working on the Sunday evening of Memorial Day weekend, I knew I was in trouble. I called around to every repair place I could think of on Memorial Day and out of the few that actually called back, Air Excellence was willing to come out that day with no crazy holiday charges! Other places quoted up to an additional $180 before they even step foot at my house.
Brad came out to my house in the pouring rain and walked me through the problem with my AC. Instead of just fixing it and never letting me know what was wrong or what could go wrong in the future, Brad helped to educate me on the issue and what he was doing to fix it. The price was extremely reasonable, especially since this was on a holiday. It was cheaper than most places regular rate!! Would highly recommend!

My experience with Brad from Air Excellence was an absolute professional. He represented the company with pride and showed the same high standards of excellence In the time and care he took fixing the air conditioner, as I'm sure Air Excellence would hope. This is a definite 5 star and if there were more stars available I would add them on also.

We realized the AC was not working around 6pm, called their number and got the answering service. We then received a call back after hours around 9pm to come at 10am the next morning! So fast immediate service indeed! We have had our AC/furnace serviced a few times in the last couple of years... I feel that Air Exceelence is fair in their pricing and they don't price gouge the customer. Friendly service too!
