Shelton Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been using Shelton Heating & Air Conditioning for close to 3 years and have always received excellent service! Everyone from the person on the phone to the technician who works on our units are always very polite, knowledgeable and timely. I would highly recommend them.

Their repair man came out for a $69 service fee and was only there to give me an estimate! Shelton Heating sent out a very young man who didn't even have a ladder (he asked to borrow mine), nor was he prepared to work on my system. He said he was giving me an estimate and would have to see if he had time after his other appointments. After a couple phone calls with his supervisor, he quoted $850 to change some ductwork. I asked if they could do/finish the work the same day and the young man let me know that he was scheduled to give a few more estimates. He said he would come back if he had time and do the work himself. I wasn't sure if he came back if he really knew how to do the work. The young man was polite but lacked confidence for sure. At one point, he set his tool box on my white couch. In the end I paid someone $69 to tell me I needed to replace ductwork (which I knew) and I never hear back from anyone. Sad :(

Shelton Heating & Air Conditioning tech came to my house to fix my AC. He got it up and running in a record time and we are now enjoying the cool breeze around the house. I cannot hesitate to recommend their incredible services.

They were very knowledgeable about our air conditioning system and furnace.They explained to us the options we had to solve our problem and answered our questions. They did an excellent job .We would definitely recommend them.

Shelton Heating & Air Conditioning was very courteous and polite and seemed to truly enjoy his work. He went above and beyond by putting in new support under sagging pipes that were not directly related to the job. He answered all my questions and explained everything in simple terms without a high pressure sales pitch.

Team from Shelton Heating & Air Conditioning came to my place to do a furnace installation, did a site survey and got the requirements needed. They then did a quotation for the same and gave an estimate of the work to be done. I was expected to pay after the work was done and that is precisely what happened!!

The two techs arrived exactly as scheduled, they had our A\C repaired very quickly. They were very professional, explained everything that was done. They also checked my water heater and did some repairs. I recommend them further!!

Total lifesavers! Within 30 minutes Jim arrived and got to work fixing the ac which had quit. I was fearsome that with it being after hours it would be a huge bill. Everything’s fixed and good to go now thanks to Jim. 10/10 would highly recommend. Professional and courteous service with no hidden fees or surprises!

Very professional and helpful. They were so helpful and went over everything. The team of experts were very professional when installing the system and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend this company. We called on a Thursday when our AC broke and they came out that day!
