Air Excellence Heating & Cooling

I highly recommend this company for all HVAC service. The owner came to my house and did a great job doing a total check up of our AC. He didn’t try to sell me a thing but had great recommendations. When we do need service next this company is who I’ll call.

I had a rusty leak coming from my 2.5 year furnace. He came out and told me that there is condensation coming from the coil and my dehumidifier is not strong enough for the basement. Was here less than 5 minutes and didn’t charge me! Thank you! Will definitely call them again

Air Excellence was great to work with. After dealing with a terrible company, Air Excellence really turned our situation around for us. They were out to our house the same day they got our claim from the home warranty company. The technician, Brad, was punctual and friendly. He took pictures of everything and explained to me what he was looking at along the way. Bette was extremely nice and helpful with getting our appointments booked and finalizing our information. Mike was the technician that installed our new furnace and he was awesome as well. He went above and beyond by also fixing our air ducts for no additional charge on a Friday night when I’m sure he wanted to get home. Everyone was very willing to answer any questions and work with our schedules. Great work and great customer service. Couldn’t be happier!!

We just have had our furnace and air conditioning units replaced by Air Excellence company. It was a great experience. Bradley, the service man, was very nice and professional. All his recommendations were really fit with our needs and all information was given upfront. Mike, the technician, was really knowledgeable about the system he was installing. I'd recommend this company to any of my friends without hesitation.

We recently had our air conditioning unit serviced by Air Excellence via home warranty repair and was highly satisfied with the service. Our technician Brad was among one of the best servicemen I've dealt with in the repair/maintenance business. Brad was on-time, professional and knowledgeable about his craft and helped us understand what we as customers should expect out of our equipment. He was very personable and was easy to talk to. It was clear he not only knew about his craft, but about what it means to truly service the customer. We certainly would use Air Excellence again for our HVAC needs. Keep up the great work!

This service call with Air Excellence, was one that was most educational. The service man, Brad, was great! He was so thorough. He educated us on our furnace that No other company had ever taken the time to explain. Brad gave us information on the importance of the color of our furnace flame, the filters and etc. Brad even took a call from us after he had all ready left because my husband and I had an additional question. Air Excellence replaced our furnace and AC and we couldn't be happier! Brad and Mike did a great job! They were professional and made sure everything was done correctly, just as if they were installing at their own house. They explained things and made it easy for a non-HVAC person to understand. The office staff is equally amazing. We will definitely be using them again in future and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Air Excellence!

Our air was not working and it was 95 outside and Sunday. Our home warranty called and said Air Excellence accepted the job and would be out this evening. We couldn't have asked for better service, a better experience, or better advice for our system going forward. We are incredibly happy with Air Excellence and will be calling them from now on for service. Honest, reliable, and easy to work with.

We had a really poor experience with a vendor referred by our home warranty. After several issues we were put in contact with air excellence.

From the first contact with Bette on the phone we were impressed with their customer service and communication.

Their technicians who bit diagnosed the problem and installed a new air conditioning unit and furnace did a great job. We were treated incredibly fair and they took care of everything from the permits, through showing us some of he details of the machine.

Would use them again and highly recommend them.

I was very impressed by the knowledge and experience of Mike, the installer, when he came for the estimate. I was equally impressed by Bette, the owner, who was so helpful and accommodating when he it came to our needs.

Mike installed everything in one day while being both professional and personable, while Bette’s follow up was just perfect.
