Air Excellence Heating & Cooling

This will be our new HVAC company. We experienced very knowledgeable, professional service, from technicians and office staff who knew how to get the warranty company to settle. Thanks, Air Excellence!

Absolute worst. Do NOT use them.

Tech came out and was working on the unit. He was let in the basement and the door from the basement to the outside was open as I sat right inside on the computer waitng while he worked.

Went out to check on him at one point and he was runnig a hooose on the compressor to cool it and said it may be awhile.

Went back inside and waited. Have dogs upstairs that were barking the whole time because they were kenneled while he worked.

Went back out after a bit to see how it was going and he'd left. Went upstairs and saw a missed call on my phone. Got their answering service and a callback from their office. they said he went up and knocked on the front door and they called my phone and he left.

I asked why he would leave and not walk in the hanging open door that I'd walked in and out of 4 times while he was here and they said they called.

Again. THE DOOR WAS OPEN and I told him I was downstairs becasue my dogs were upstairs.

The representatives answer was to tell me to call someone else. I said that's bullshit and she hung up on me.

Seriously the single rudest most unprofesional company I've ever experienced in my life.

Oh and I had taken off work and waited 4 hours for the tech to show up to begin with and they'd called twice to apologize that he was running late before he finally showed.

Bradley is a very skill and professional contractor who I can highly recommend to any homeowner five stars is not enough for bradley he is a great credit to your company. Again thank you Bradley

Service was great, Brad was very knowledgeable in figuring out my humidity problem and offered an affordable solution! Highly recommend!

This team did an incredible job! We weren't sure what was wrong with out AC, and in no time flat he had it up and running. Very professional, very efficient, and very fun!

Brad has come to my house before to fix my heater. He always does what is necessary and never cuts corners. That didn't change with my AC today. He always takes care of the customer.
