Amazing service all round! The technician provided great service; he was very knowledgeable about the units in our home and gave us all of our options before performing any work. He was very professional and friendly. Explained everything clearly. He was quick but thorough. Hope to see him again come for the annual check up! AVS Heating and Cooling comes highly recommended.

The repair guy was friendly, he explained what the problem was with my refrigerator and he explained the price of repair. It took a few days for the part to arrive, but once he got he came over quickly to replace it. I'm glad I found this company while searching for home repair.

AVS Heating and Cooling showed up on time, kept me updated as to the progress of their work and completed the project when they said they would. Installers cleaned up after themselves and went over and above when giving me a quote before beginning the project. Took the time to fully explain everything!!

I was having issues with our Air Conditioner. I called on Monday morning and had AVS Heating and Cooling came out in the afternoon. The specialist was very quick to find the issue and get it fixed. Did a fantastic job!! Appreciate that it was able to be repaired expeditiously!!

Signed up for the yearly "priority" plan for a hundred some dollars. After one missed appointment and calling to ask, a tech came out to do an estimate of my duct system for cleaning. He would not honor a discount I had been promised by the company. Partly due to the tech's slightly pressure-sales style, I ended up deciding not to spend $900 on a small amount of dust in my system.
Next, I tried to schedule an appointment for an AC system estimate. Despite three (3) missed appointments by the company and numerous phone calls to AVS asking WHY, they have yet to come give me an estimate.

Note: The call takers for the company (a separate company?) are polite.
However, they won't allow you to talk to anyone from AVS. They always give excuses. Not to mention they don't speak understandable English alot of the time.

Most importantly: The Wildwood address given for AVS on the website and by the calltakers is nonexistent. It is an empty grass field.

We were very satisfied with the service from these guys. They were prompt and did a remarkable job. They finished servicing the furnace within the expected time.They were very professional and knowledgeable.They took their time to clean up their mess. Would definitely recommend them.

The fist day a man fixed the AC as it was not cooling. The next morning it was once again not cooling and they sent another repairman no service charge. Turns out a snake crawled into the capacitor and shorted out everything including snake. We had to get a new capacitor. but everything is working now
