The guys that came out were so professional . I loved the service I got. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great communication on scheduling and tech arrival. John (tech) diagnosed the issue immediately (burned out control board). Recommended replacement and verified all systems were operating within expected ranges (temperature splits, compressor draw, fan draw, operating pressure, etc). Other HVAC contractors looked at spec of unit and recommend complete replacement - without checking anything inside - including seeing an obviously burned out control board).

I called J.S Heat And Air Conditioning as I had a natural gas leak problem. Installer was professional and gave he expert opinion on the matter. His team also changed our water tank. He followed up and came to check everything before he signed off on the papers. Very happy with their service. Price was reasonable as well.

The service guy who diagnosed our problem was awesome. Very thorough and explained all my options. Unfortunately we required a new unit. The installation team arrived early the next morning and quickly went about there work and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. Great job! Prices are reasonable and the service is excellent, friendly and fast. They replaced the motor and the circuit board and left the unit working great.
