Mike H was excellent is explaining what was wrong before he even gave me options. His level of customer service was excellent. I will absolutely use this company again in the future. This company far exceeded my expectations!
Mike was in/out in no time and cleaned up well. Before he started, my personal things were moved out of the way so they wouldn’t get dirty. He even explained to my visitor on why one should not use toxic chemicals in your drainage system. My bill was even less than what was expected. Win win!

Initially, I had a good experience with emergency AC technician Josh who was knowledgeable and reliable in helping diagnose issues with my AC system in this hot weather and recommending a replacement for my 20-year-old system. But everything else afterward was terrible.

I confirmed my appointment for AC quote, took time off, and waited for them to come in so that we could get a quote for an AC replacement for this hot weather. But NO SHOW from Chesterfield service half an hour past the appointment time.

I called their customer service and was told someone would call me in a few minutes. I waited another 20 minutes and then finally got a call saying my appointment was missed because the person who was supposed to come had a family emergency. I don't know for sure exactly what happened, but Chesterfield services as a business could have informed their customer that the appointment was canceled, or they could have sent someone else. They send messages/reminders to my phone to make sure I confirm the appointment with them but nothing to inform me of changes or delays which many other businesses do routinely. Customers' time is not important as theirs?

From my experience, the technicians are good, but the sales are neither professional nor reliable. I was asked to reschedule the appointment for a future time. Of course not. Would recommend seeking out a more well-rounded, reliable, and professional company instead for installation or replacement with Chesterfield Services.

Brian was very professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He replaced a faulty gate valve to our main water supply. It was a big job. He took time to explain the work he was doing. He was very thorough and we felt confident about his work. He was friendly and a good communicator. We would definitely call him back for any future plumbing needs.

Great experience! The service person(Leighton Dennis) was SUPER knowledgeable. He didn't suggest repairs that may or may not have worked. We went through numbers and what made sense in repairs compared to buying new. As a Realtor/property manager I appreciate this straightforward rational approach. I will always defer to this company for any appliance repairs in the future.

Our sewer line broke and Chesterfield Services was there immediately. Fixing a sewer line is a huge expense. Every step was explained, options were given and services delivered on time. All the plumbers we dealt with were terrific. Bryan, our main plumber, walked us through the process, was on time and very neat. He was great to work with and easy to talk to. Ever detail was followed up on. Great service and really reliable.

Kyle M was great. I called at 10:30am. I got a call at 11am that someone would be at my house in 10 minutes. Kyle was here even faster than that (on a Sunday). He got my AC working again and we aren’t burning up anymore. He took photos and showed me what the issues were. Highly recommend!

Michael was courteous and professional. He identified the problem, verified he had all the parts and tools he needed to do the job, itemized the costs up front, and then went about the job of making the repairs. When he was finished, he explained the new installation to me and made sure I had no unanswered questions. He then spent additional time cleaning up the flooded basement floor before he left. I could not be happier with the repair work. Thank you Michael, and Chesterfield Service.

Scott M did a great job installing my new water softener for my home. He was very thorough to make sure that all fittings were properly installed and no leaks present. This team at “CS” is definitely TOP NOTCH!

Sean did an HVAC inspection for us on a newly purchased home. I was very impressed. He was very knowledgeable and competent, communicated well with me and was very pleasant. I would gladly have him back to do more work for me if needed.

Evan came to fix our range hood in our kitchen that stopped working which was only 3 years old. He was friendly and professional, on time, and even took the extra step to make sure it was not covered under warranty. He was able to troubleshoot the issue immediately. Would definitely recommend!
