12/08/2022, Thursday morning @ 8:30 am. OUTSTANDING job on a warranty replacement part that was scratched on the control panel with our New Bosch Dishwasher. Very pleased and will use these guys in the future (for sure) if we need appliance repair or any other type of repair work. They do it all.

Evan C. Was lovely. Very helpful and very thorough, educated us well about our appliance and gave us good tips. Also came with a mask and shoe covers after I asked when I made the appointment which was vital for me as a high risk disabled person. It was no problem at all and the person I talked to was understanding. They made sure I felt comfortable with the tech being sent to my home. Hopefully we don’t have any appliance issues soon, but if we do, we’re calling them! Thank you very much for great service!

Replaced factory damaged refrigerator door with new parts but factory sent wrong parts. Jerod was meticulous about his work and told us it was not correct and Chesterfield Service would get in touch with the factory to make it correct.

Chesterfield Service is the only company I’ve used for at least the last 6 years, maybe longer. I recommend them to everyone, and have never had a better service company, or better service people overall. (Seriously, everyone they’re ever sent out has been amazing, and Jerry was no exception.)

Jerry was very profession al and explained what he was doing on changing the filter that is changed twice a year and will change the other filter in the fall that is changed once a year.

Gas fireplace repair was quick and efficient. Our fireplace was up and running in 20 minutes!! It had not been used in 15 years. It looked beautiful when they were done!!
