Jesse F. (and team) did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater. I appreciate the care they took moving equipment in and out of my house. Jesse also went out of his way to investigate and answer several questions I had related to other plumbing issues.

Jamarr’s service is exceptional!! He is very polite, professional and knows his stuff! He diagnoses the problem, gives suggestions for solutions and takes the time to show you what he’s doing! I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work!

I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. Absolutely horrible. Called to schedule my SPRING a/c service in JUNE. Would not give me a refund for the times they were not able to accommodate my needs. Told me nothing was wrong when clearly it was. Still charged me for 2 months that I had requested membership cancellation for. If you like dealing with attorneys give Chesterfield Service a call! 😊😊😊 SCAMMERS

Have used them for plumbing, air conditioner issue, and electric problem . Every time they arrived the same day, they're professional, courteous, efficient..can't say enough good stuff. And after each issue we got a thank you note and coupon to be used for the next time, if there is a next time. Definitely our " go to" guys. Highly recommend them!

Very knowledgeable and personable. I was expecting to have to replace the unit, but Josh was able to fix it instead. Glad we called Chesterfield Services, and glad they sent Josh.

Owen did a great job fixing our AC. Very professional and very polite. We called Thursday afternoon and he was here at 8am Friday. Great service. Thank you.

He came and inspected our 2 AC systems. He seemed very thorough. In fact he said that we needed to replace our furnace filter and asked if we had one or if he should get one from his truck. After hearing that we had one , he offered to replace it for us. He didn’t press us to purchase any other services after telling us that the system was in good shape.

He was on time and professional. Unfortunately our HVAC unit needs to be replaced. We were expecting that so we were prepared. I use Chesterfield Servives for our whole house. Bob did an amazing job on our fireplace and Scott is so knowledgeable when we have a plumbing problem. We know up front what to expect. No surprises.
