We reached out due to our gas fireplace had stopped working. Austin called to verify I was available for my appointment and stated he could come sooner then the appointment window due to completing his previous job earlier than expected which worked out perfectly for us. He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, through, and made sure to touch on all the safety checks and concerns of the fireplace. The cost was a little more than I would of liked however Austin made the cost worth it! If we have any issues I would be happy to use them again and hope to have him return for any future fixes.
