Had the a/c stop cooling, outside unit not coming on. Superior sent Patrick to evaluate and fix problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything. No issues with him. I even understand the service charge, the labor and the charges for the Freon. What I don’t understand is how they can charge over 300 for a 20 dollar part and over 200 for a 39 dollar part. Looked up the parts online and found the exact parts for the prices I stated above. I understand inventory management costs and the prices of having parts available, but I think a mark up of over200 percent is a bit much.

We called Superior for help with our AC unit and were given an appointment for the next day. They were here on time and immediately identified the problem and offered an expert resolution to the problem. After talking with Patrick, the service tech, about what needed to be done and the cost, we were satisfied and confident that we’d made the right decision to use Superior.

Patrick was quite knowledgeable and made sure we were well aware of impending danger from a faulty furnace that would need to be replaced. He was very professional, personable, and easy to talk to. He addressed any questions that we may have had and told us of other services provided by Superior. It was a productive and pleasant experience. We would highly recommend Superior Heating and Cooling to anyone needing HVAC services.

I needed my furnace serviced so I called and requested Chris Grone, who came highly recommended by my sister. Chris was great… friendly, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and on time. I will keep requesting Chris for all my furnace service needs. I really appreciate Superior and it’s staff!

Superior is awesome! I’ve been using this company for years and they’re always knowledgeable, easy to work with, and honest. It’s hard to find a company that you trust. I’ve never had a bad experience with this company. Recommend them to everyone I know. And super excited they also do plumbing now!

Untrustworthy… a service tech name Cory kept trying to convince me to buy products for my air conditioner which were not needed at the time. My capacitor was operating fine prior to him performing my annual inspection like I usually do every year with a super nice guy name Dave. Shortly after Cory left my capacitor started working poorly. Keep in mind nothing was wrong until Corey performed whatever he did. I don’t know about you but that seems very suspicious!

This is a good, solid, reliable company. I like that they send the same technician every time. It means that I don't have to trust Superior, because I know I can trust Dave. He's been the technician at both my house and my parents' for the last decade. Never talks down to me but makes sure I understand. Never sells me things I don't need. It helps, when we do have to make an expensive decision, to know that we can rely on what Dave recommends.

Called upon them to change out my aging HVAC and water heater. The team was able to conform to my schedule and do both on the same day. Very satisfied with the results and the cookies they sent later in the week were very delicious.

Tim Miller was on time and very personable, he respected my concerns and answered all my questions. Then he got to work and had me up and going very quickly. He was very patient with me because I had a lot of questions. Thank you Tim and Superior for the quick response and great service all the way around. Definitely recommend this company and Tim! I had stack that was clogged. Duane was quick and efficient. Took care of the problem, even made recommendations so it hopefully doesn’t happen again. I was extremely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Superior is always a company I trust to do any HVAC work. Dave Essner is professional and thorough every time he is out. Plus a great guy! Highly recommend!
