Great people! I needed a new A/C, furnace, and water heater, but thought I had enough life in the A/C to make it to fall. Not. My A/C went out on one of the hottest July days. The team added freon to make it comfortable until I could get a new system. Within a week I had worked with Howard and Jill to make it happen. Dan and his team completed the work in several hours (A/C, furnace, and water heater). My place was left immaculately clean. The service was great, everyone was polite and answered all my questions about operating everything. One call -- so happy with Four Seasons.

Four Seasons recently installed a new furnace, new air conditioner, and new wireless thermostat in my house. The entire experience was awesome and completely hassle free. Howard and the entire team are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Four Seasons.

Very pleased with the service from Four Seasons Air Specialists from the very first meeting to the completed installation of the new furnace, humidifier, thermostat, etc. Everyone was very helpful and answered all our questions without any full-press sales pitches. The installation was timely and professional. This is the second time we're worked with Four Seasons, 18 years apart, and are very happy with the products and the people.

The time taken to respond to our call, make an offer and to install was short and the price was very acceptable - furnace, thermostat, humidifier and air cleaner. We can be somewhat particular and all questions before and during installation were answered and all concerns were taken into account. The workmanship was excellent and the place was left spotless even though the work area was surrounded by carpet. We can't think of any improvements to make. The bill was even written in beautiful cursive, a lost art, with detail on what we bought and rebates were filed for us. Our last furnace from Four Seasons lasted 28 years and was still running - our AC was replaced by them 12 years ago.

From the very first visit to my home, to look at my existing equipment and explain the various differences between models and carefully plan where the pipes were going to go, etc.—I was impressed with the owner's (Howard Anderson) level of knowledge and the time he took to patiently explain things to me. I had a new Lennox furnace and AC unit installed, along with a new Honeywell thermostat. The installers were prompt, courteous, very careful with dropcloths, etc. to protect surfaces, and when they left, everything was shiny-brand-new and the area was all cleaned up. I have had a chance to try out both the AC and the furnace, and I'm very pleased with how quietly and efficiently everything is operating. I can't think of one single thing that would need improvement. It is very rare that I actually take the time to write reviews, most of the time I'm busy and forget, but this time I wanted to make sure to acknowledge the outstanding service by Four Seasons. I'm glad they are located within a few miles of my home; I will highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Thank you, Four Seasons!

Four Seasons was awesome to deal with! They came out immediately to diagnose the problem with our AC. The compressor was shot. The AC, furnace, and hot water heater were all original to the home - 28 years old! Four Seasons worked up a very professional proposal to replace all 3 products including some accessories. We felt the price was fair for the products, service, and follow up assistance. Four Seasons was excellent throughout the entire process, even providing financial resources outside the norm. We totally recommend using Four Seasons for your HVAC needs.

Four Seasons Air Specialists come highly recommended. Our air unit went out earlier this week and with the temps in the upper 90's it was very comforting to be up and running again within just a few hours of my call. The owner troubleshot our situation and offered us a few options. Our unit is 20+ years old so it was great having a few options to work with. The service, the quality and the ease of working with make these guys a great fit for any of your air and heating issues...

It's great to see that good, old-fashioned customer service still exists in this day and age. Still blown away by the experience I had earlier this week with Four Seasons and in particular Howard Anderson. Our A/C unit which is about 40 years old decided to quit working on a August day that ended up a record hot day for Minnesota. Given the record heat I thought it would be few days until I could get someone out but within two hours of speaking with Howard, he was at my house working on our A/C. Here's the kicker. As I mentioned our unit is 40 years old and I could have probably been convinced to replace it but instead Howard spent two hours cleaning it in the 98 degree weather and simply charged me for a one hour service call. As he expected, it hasn't run this good in years but I can promise you I'll be going back to Four Seasons when it is time to replace the unit. I highly recommend these guys for any of your HVAC needs!!

Ive known Howard along time, ive painted his entire house over the course of many years. He treated me and my crew exceptionally well. Howard approached me about a new system (heating, cooling and water heater), but he had to smooth over my wife because she is more than a little skeptical about things especially when they are still in working order. He Did! WE both are happy about different things, my son and myself....longer hot water tI'm in the shower, my wife.....much less dusting now that the new system has a really nice filtration system. And we both love the April aire humidifier, our 65 year old house is alot more comfortable in the winter. The crew (I can't remember their names , sorry) at 4 seasons were on time and well prepared,they had everything needed to complete the job in 1 day as promised. They were very courteousand informative through out the process. Thx 4 seasons staff.
