We contacted this company because our furnace went out later in the evening in January at the start of a Minnesota winter. Not sure who we originally talked to on the phone but she was very professional, helpful, and asked a lot of questions to better access the problem with our furnace. Jake S. did an amazing job and was upfront about all costs and problems he detected. He was very informative and explained the issues with our furnace thoroughly and without being pushy so we could make an informed decision of what we wanted to do. Great company! Would highly recommend!

Called Service Today! for a fix on shower because there was no running hot water. Jeff came to the house earlier than scheduled and was very informative. He sat and told me in detail about all of the hazards my house has, from the heater to the faucets to the outdoor systems. $409 is a little much for a diagnostic but I am thankful to know about the hazards within my house. I believe it is in their best interest to do a not only a good job but also to do it safely. Pricing to fix everything was just way above my budget.

We have used Service Today to service our furnace, do some electrical panel work and replace 2 toilets. Every time we work with them scheduling is easy, the technicians arrive on time, explain everything to me and the quality of the work is outstanding. I am very happy with their services. No one likes paying for home repairs, but we know we get good service and good quality. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with Service Today and Nick in particular! My furnace went out n Wednesday morning. After trying some simple rfixes myself, it was clear I needed to call in the professionals. That's when I called Service Today. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and very helpful. I was fortunate that they were able to come out on Wednesday afternoon already! Nick called 30 minutes before he arrived which was at the beginning of the quoted time. When he arrived, he very quickly determined that it was a bad pressure switch that needed to be replaced. He continued to look at my system and determined that there were static pressure and amerage issues. He was able to take care of all of it that afternoon. He even ran to a neighboring suburb to get the switch and came back! That's above and beyond! He also installed a surge protector on my furnace as well but had to return early the next day to do that. Overall, I am extremely happy with Service Today and with my service tech Nick! Thanks Nick!

Their service techs and office staff go above and beyond to make sure each job is completed correctly, no matter what.

Replaced all wired smoke alarms. Due to a malfunction on old alarms, chirping every minute, they came out on a Sunday in a timely manner. Electrician was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. He even cleaned up! Would highly recommend.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION IF HIRING THIS BUSINESS!! I recently called them to install 2 new ceiling fans in my house. When I called I let them know that these were new installs and they would need to cut a hole in the ceiling. They said that’s no problem and scheduled me for service between 2 and 5 a couple of days later. The day of the install I waited and waited and at around 4:30 I got a call saying they were stuck at another job and couldn’t make it that day but scheduled for the next day at the same time (between 2 and 5). I told them again that it would be a new install and they again said no problem. The next day the service tech arrived with NO TOOLS only a small briefcase and an iPad. When he arrived told him about the ceiling fans and cutting a whole in the ceiling. He spent the next hour checking every outlet in my house for “drop” and then “presented” his findings to me and tried to sell me a service plan. After his presentation I asked him when he was going to install the ceiling fans and he told me that he didn’t have time because it takes 8 hours to install 2 ceiling fans. When I told him that they were supposed to have shown up the day before he started apologizing and saying there were big communication problems in the company. He could sense my frustration and anger and asked if I wanted an estimate. I told him he could give me an estimate and I would decide if I was going to use the company. I was SHOCKED when I saw the estimate. The estimate he gave me was $4000. Before he left, he made sure to charge me the service fee (even though he didn’t service anything). Needless to say I did NOT use them for my ceiling fan install. I called another company that installed the two ceiling fans in 4 hours and cost me about $600. I saved $3400 and will NEVER call this company again. I encourage you to be very cautious before hiring them for your job.

My basement shower was gushing out water non-stop out of no where and couldn't find what was the issue. Called them and they did such an incredible job! It was a weekend, Came in on time and Was able to identify what was wrong right away, fixed up the problem really quick and fast. Jeffery, the technician was super nice and easy going.

Jake and Dylan were great, professional and provided valuable information. I was on a tight turnaround to get this repair done and they were out within 2 hours. Will definitely be using again and will more than likely request Jake!
