Luke, the tech that performed my boiler inspection and tune-up was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my system and explained the good and the bad and what can be done to keep my system running longer. I recommend their service and would use them again in the future.

We had the best experience with Service Today! Right away this morning, our electrician Jake came in and listened to everything we needed fixed, installed and our wish list for adding other home fixtures that we look forward to upgrading our home with, down the road, mainly bedroom and living room ceiling fan/light fixtures. Jake took everything into consideration, and took the time to thoroughly plan out and provide us a detailed estimate of several purchasing options to fit our budget now. After we made our choices, Jake started on repairing our downstairs fixture and installing the new ground outlet upstairs, and before we noticed, he was done! Thank you so much Jake from Service Today! We are so happy we went with you!

The service technician was really knowledgeable, professional and responsive! He answered all of my questions thoroughly. A new furnace motor needed to be installed. He worked hard to locate the replacement part / motor and did the installation quickly. He made sure it was working properly before he left. He stayed late to finish the job. My expectations were exceeded! He also scheduled my ductwork cleaning for July. Great job! He made it a positive experience.

I also cleaned out the debris and dust particles from my air ventilation and dryer vent. Excellent service really well worth it! I definitely recommend this service. Great job!

Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate to replace furnace. Paid for the appointment, talk the the sales person. They sent the receipt to my email but not the bid. I sent a text to the tech that I didn't get the bid, next day still no bid. So I paid to have a house guest for 20 minutes where they talked about how great they are and then didn't do what they were asked to do?

The booking was easy and the service representative, Jon, was on point about the situation. The conditions he identified and provided solutions for were worth thousands of dollars to my property and my HOA. Thankfully I had an honest company to go to for my service call. Absolutely was the right call. I hope Jon gets a raise and some extra vacation time.

Customer service is very friendly. I am however disappointed in the lack of communication about when they will arrive and when they are running late. The first day the tech was on time and great to work with. The second day we where scheduled to have a supervisor. 45 after my arrival window past and I hadn't heard anything I had to call the company to find out he was running late. It was 3 hours later that I finally heard from supervisor. I rescheduled the supervisor to come the next day and he arrived within the arrival window. The supervisor was very nice and explained well the situation. I would have given more stars but feel the company fell very short not having someone contact me with updates. I call or even a text to let me know they where running late would have prevented the fewer stars. If I may make a suggestion I would highly suggest having techs and supervisors call or text with updates. Especially if the arrival window has already past. Other then that the tech supervisor and the crew that installed the new furnace did a great job.

Was charged $660 to install a light fixture on the garage. The light fixture was already purchased. We had a Lutron dimmer switch before with a remote. They installed a rocker switch because it would be another $765 before taxes to have the switch and remote control we had before. This is absolutely highway robbery. We were totally ripped off. The wiring for the outlet was already there and working. I will never use them again.
