Service Today came out the next morning after we called & Jordan offered us a detailed solution to our leaking water filters. We opted for a whole house filtration system that cleans itself and doesn’t require changing filters. Lucas installed the system and then we found out our drain doesn’t drain fast enough when the system cleans itself. Jordan first tried cleaning out our drain pipe & there was blockage but it still didn’t drain the system fast enough. Jordan came up with the next solution, to run a pipe to our utility sink for draining, which was a great idea! They performed these tasks at no further charge to us! Both Jordan & Lucas are top notch professionals, they are highly skilled and took great care in keeping our home clean and taking care of our problems in a timely manner! We highly recommend and we hope you’re lucky enough to have either Jordan or Lucas work on your projects!

Our furnace broke down and it was -10 degrees below 0. I called Service Today and they came the same day to evaluate the situation and offer us options. Tyler arrived on time and went right to work. He offered options (repair or replace) and we decided to replace the 21 year old furnace. Tyler gave us furnace type options, going through all the differences and pricing. He was very knowledgeable.

The next day Dan and Dylan installed the new furnace. They were friendly, considerate of our home and worked hard to complete the job. They ensured everything was installed up to code. Once installed Dan went through all the details about the furnace, including a fact about furnace filters that will save us money in the long run.

I can't say enough about Service Today. I'll definitely use them again!

Both technicians, Nathan and Jake, did a great job on short notice. They overcame an unexpected problem and stayed until everything was fixed. They explained things clearly and gave us helpful advice. If more work needs to be done, I will definitely turn to them.

I’ve had service today over twice now to look at my boiler. Each time the technicians were very friendly but they are obviously trained to up sell. After refusing all their sales tactic, they charged me $500 to “inspect” and relight my pilot. They are lucky it’s 10 degrees out and I need my heat ASAP. Their prices are INSANELY high! I’ve gone else where for HVAC work and it is more than half the price (and same quality). I’d shop around for other companies that don’t rip you off.

Nate Anderson did such a great job with our electrical wireing estimate - very professional, on time, incredibly thorough and got us a great deal, including a military discount. I can't wait to start using our hot tub!

$7,000 - $11,000 plus some extra add ons for a furnace replacement. The estimate will not include what exact furnace make and model, you're purchasing...not willing to provide documentation of their furnace assessment as needed. Would not recommend.

Another amazing experience with Service Today! Had some major projects while remodeling an old Saint Paul home that involved replacing a lot of damaged wiring, running a new 220 volt line, replacing switches, installing a new fan, and a motion light fixture! They sent out 4 very professional and extremely knowledgeable team members that worked hard to find the right solution and make sure things were set up exactly how I wanted. Their team made sure to explain everything in depth and provided above and beyond quality! Very special shoutout to Jake S, Dylan D, Kiefer P, and Dylan H! This time I worked with Seth, Dan, Daniel and Joseph and I could not be more pleased. They were kind enough to work around heavy ice buildup and completed the job without issue despite pretty miserable weather conditions (they had to remove a completely frozen, iced over, 40-year-old AC unit from a dangerously slippery driveway). New furnace is working great and I'm looking forward to testing the AC in summer.

Service Today came out to our house for an issue with two rooms that suddenly lost power. The electrician was here for a long time and I was charged for his time here but the issue was not fixed when he left.
I contacted Service Today and asked for my money back since the problem they were supposed to have fixed did not happen and they did so.
