Got charged over $300 for 20 minutes diagnostics test which later turned out to be 15 minutes job to a decent professional. Not recommending these guys.

The initial service fee (just to drive to the house) was cheaper than other places I called. However, how the pricing works is the company has a printed set of items included in the next base price (I don't remember exactly, but between $350 and $400). The good news is that you will know exactly the cost IF it is one of those items (things like basic electric, simple parts....) and it won't matter if it takes ten minutes or ten hours. Then there's another set cost for a higher bracket of repairs. I was nervous I would pay a lot for a ten minute fix of our AC - but went ahead because I have also been disappointed in paying by the hour for professionals in the past who took a long time to repair things.
In the end I was extremely happy with the service. I think the visit was about two and a half hours. The technician was very thorough in his examination of the entire AC unit. He explained things as he went, addressing the main problem (mouse chewed through the wires) as well as accessory issues that caused (weakened parts in the system). He told me exactly what to expect from that, and did not push to replace parts today that could break down in two months, or ultimately still work for two more years.
The best part is I received an email that includes all of the pictures he took of the system, plus explanation of important things to know about the condition of the unit, advice for future care or what to expect for the life of the unit or other aging parts of the system. I really appreciate having this information to be able to enter any future conversation about unit repairs with confidence and knowledge that I didn't have prior to this.
That initial price was scary to commit to, but I felt valued and respected as a customer. I really felt like it was worth it, and that I would recommend going with this company if you don't already have a trusted technician that you have hired in the past.

It was a simple breaker issue. Standard pop the plug for a 1984 house. All they care about is selling their plan . Seriously this should have cost $200 NOT $800. I am furious. Totally ripped off. The kid was nice enough but didn’t have enough experience and charged a level 4 bulls&@t inspection? Don’t use this company

I had a great experience with this company 1 year ago when they installed my furnace. Had them out this year for a tune up, shockingly my system was producing too much pressure (it has been this way since they installed it). I had a manager come out, they were supposed to give me a quote, it was supposed to be fair since the work should've been done last year when they installed the new furnace. That was almost 3 weeks ago, nobody has called me back. I have contacted them on 11/7, 11/10, and 11/14 and not one call back. The filled out some ridiculous escalation form last Monday when I called so the "higher ups" could see this issue, crickets. I feel like they sell you one thing and the next year (and probably every year after that) there are new things to do for an additional cost, beware of this company.

I finally got tired of replacing air filters and decided to have an electrostatic filter installed. Turns out it's now possible to add-on UV light sterilization (shown to be effective at neutralizing airborne viruses) so I decided to get that installed as well.
The whole thing is not cheap, but for us (wanting to get back to normal life, hosting gatherings, etc.) it's worth it. They offer 3 levels of air quality treatment systems. Mike L. was helpful in figuring out which would work best and the final installation looks great and works beautifully. I'm mostly just into the tech, but the wife (who is picky about smells) said she really noticed the difference.
(IN PHOTO: UV/ozone filter has the green & blue lights; the 1" electrostatic filter just fit inside old filter cavity on bottom/angled.)
