After 33 years, looks like we were in need of a new a/c system. The Service Today team was very knowledgeable and transparent about a variety of options to solve our a/c system issues. We felt confident of making the best choice for our situation. The team was punctual, professional, respectful and very helpful.

First off, they scheduled me almost immediately, which was important as I had a modest degree of urgency considering another home improvement project. I had one plumbing issue, to install a turnoff valve for the water line going to my refrigerator. Ryan Johnson from Service Today was exceptional in identifying the issue and also discovering that I was using soft water for the fridge, which made the ice cloudy and icky. So, he saved me having to get a water purification system. Also, while we were wrapping up, one of my toilets started to leak. He quickly fixed it and helped me in the process of getting a new toilet. Very positive experience. Highly recommend Service Today!

Ryan, our technician, came out and diagnosed the issue and came back according to our schedule to complete the repair. He always calls at least 15 minutes before he arrives and works very efficiently. He is friendly and easy to work with. We recommend Service Today for any heating/cooling/plumbing/electrical repairs or service.

Jon replaced my laundry room faucet. He was very professional and very thorough. He informed me of items I should resolve sooner rather than later. 🤣 I was also able to get an appointment the very next day. Miriam in the office was also very helpful in setting up my appointment.

Tom was very thorough and explained all options available. He answered our questions, did not rush, but got job done in a timely manner.

Dylan and the crew did a great job of replacing my service panel. They chose a high quality panel and included all new labeling for the breakers. Now I know my previous problems with my furnace and flickering lights will be gone.
They were polite, answered all of my questions and they even swept up afterwards.

I was an issue with both my bathroom outlets not working. I myself tried resetting and testing the gfci but no luck. Christian came in and did the same thing and it worked! I felt very embarrassed that he had to come out just for that but I’m glad it works now! He recommended some things to do in the future and gave his card as well. He was very nice and understanding! And he’s dog friendly! I will definitely be calling him in the future to do any electrical work I have! Thank you Christian & service today!

They were able to fit me in quickly to repair my AC on a hot, hot day. Scheduler was friendly and easy to work with, and they were the only company that answered after hours and was able to schedule me. The repair technician Mike was incredibly professional. He arrived on time and was clear in his communication. It probably wasn't the cheapest but I felt I was in good hands. So happy to have my AC back.

Mike our service person was very professional. He was knowledgeable and a good communicator. He was also very pleasant and courteous and timely and his appointment arrival. I was very impressed by his knowledge level and ability to communicate things in great detail as that is what I requested. I feel very well informed regarding the situation here, and very confident and happy moving forward due to the service Mike completed at our residence today. We not only have a good point of starting from today but also have a good plan moving forward into the future to solidify a high safety and efficient furnace system.

We have used Service Today for several things in the past. Most recently we had Mike out furnace inspection and Jeffrey out for gas line hook up. Both were on time, neat, friendly and generally did a great job. Recommend.
