I found Binder after shopping for a new air conditioner. They wisely recommended that I go with a heat pump instead and it has worked out great. They had the lowest price from the 7 places I checked before purchasing and their service has been great. I also signed up for their annual maintenance plan as well. Their service tech has been great. HIGHLY recommended!

We recently purchased a home in St Paul and needed to have our furnace cleaned. Binder Heating had previously worked on this furnace so I called them. They were quite helpful over the phone and I was very impressed with Dave who serviced our furnace. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. This was extremely helpful. I highly recommend and was impressed with the service I received. Dave is coming back to service our air conditioner in the spring.

Binder was reliable, completed their work quickly, and were on time. We received multiple quotes to have our AC unit installed and went with Binder because of their affordability and because they didn't try to up-sell us on something we didn't need. We ended up buying a slightly nicer unit than the one they recommended because it was an option they listed, but didn't push on us. Installation of the unit was easy and the installers were professional.

One slightly negative note, we have a Nest Thermostat, which one of the installers didn't have nice things to say about, but we have not had problems with Nest in the 4 years we have had one.

Overall great quality for an affordable price! Would recommend to friends.

Eric, one of the Binder technicians secured our loyalty to Binder for as long as we live in the MN cities. Right as we were getting into this record setting heatwave our air conditioning unit capped out. Eric was nice and didn't leave until it was running again.

Was referred to Binder's, phone staff was polite, listened and offered clear and concise time slot for service technician availability. Tech was on time and addressed the exact issue very quickly (air conditioner). He clearly defined what repair was needed and had the parts needed to complete his work. Cost was as explained to me when I called for service, no surprises. I would recommend Binder 100%

I was so very happy with Binder. They were courteous and answered all of my questions over the phone. They were, by far, the lowest bid I received. They were out to install my new AC unit within days. The gentlemen that they sent out were extremely professional and friendly. Any questions I had, they were happy to answer. They were very detailed and did a fabulous job! I highly recommend Binder!!!!

I can't say enough about how I was treated. My furnace was not working on a cold Saturday night and by noon on Monday I had my new furnace in replacing the a 14 year old furnace. But even Stephanie in the office filled out rebates, brought a lovely plant, and saw exactly what the installers were doing .... came to my home to see the work and ask questions!

Jason came over to our nonprofit building and didn't mess around. He was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, professional. It was the best service & repair experience I have had. They were also very courteous and helpful and patient over the phone. I highly recommend Binder.

Both personal and professional, Binder's leaders and workers made us feel comfortable. They know their business and carried it out effectively and at a price that was fair. We had air conditioner work done and are completely pleased with the results.

Worked with multiple companies on an AC unit that refused to stay fixed over three years. Once Binder came out, the technician explained everything that was happening, and I finally understood what the likely problems were and what the odds were of minor repairs working long term.
