Kelly the lovely lady on the Phone was great to talk to. And Erik our tech was pretty straight forward with the pricing and Option. They were able to fix my ac unit after a ice dam fell on it with a good price. They have my business for future issues and services

My air-conditioner was not working earlier in June when it was hot and humid. I called Binder since they had done the installation several years ago. The employee came out and checked everything over. The problem was not related to any mechanical problems but with a installation of a thermostat by a handyman and connected it wrong. All was fixed and explained while maintaining social distancing.

Binder Heating and AC are top notch! They helped me with my problem furnace next day, which was so important as it was very cold outside, and time was of the essence! Reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy staff. Highly recommend.

Eric made room for my 85 year old Mother who has just tried her AC for the first time this year. Prompt and professional, he replaced a condenser and added some refrigerant and explained the process. Next appointment was a week out. Hearty recommendation and would definitely use them again. The dispatcher (Phaun?)gave us options and we took the overtime rate rather then wait till next week clearly and courteously explained. When she needs to replace this older unit we will give them the business.

We have used Binder Heating and AC for years for regular tune-ups and maintenance. We recently went with Binder for replacement of our very old furnace and AC. We have always been pleased and impressed with the service provided.

The person who came was great. He did a thorough job, was pleasant and neat. Below is why I did not rate it 5 stars.

But we had two prior appointments for athis furnace routine maintenance and each was cancelled the same day as the appointment.

Binder put in a new furnace and central AC system in my home. It was an old house in Mpls with a challenging installation and they did a great job! The price was very competitive as well, I would highly recommend them.

Binder installed a 2-ton Lennox system in my St. Paul home just a few miles from Binder HQ. The bid was competitive. The custom sheet metal connection between the return air duct and the filter box was fabricated on-site after the shop-made connection failed to account for a two-inch offset. The result was a perfect fit.

On time. Finish the job
It looks good and cleaned up the mess. This is the 2nd time we've used them. They sell great a/c units. The other two are still working great.

We are really happy with this new unit. Really quite and works great.
