Very professional and helpful. There was none of that annoying upselling that is prevalent in the business. The scheduling crew was polite and efficient, and the tech that came to our house explained everything thoroughly. If you want excellent work done by professional employees, this is the place to call. It may cost a bit more than other companies, but this is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. I would recommend Binder without hesitation.

I called to get a quote on mini split. When the representative showed up. He immediately looked for ways as to why he couldn’t install a mini split. And they only sell 2 brands of units; both the most expensive brands. It’s like he didn’t want to get the job.
Additionally, he Didn’t even ask if we preferred if he wore a mask. I don’t really care but it shows a general disregard for the customer if not a general political orientation.
At least he was on time.

The technician was very efficient and informative when servicing our furnace. He didn’t waste time, finding out what needed to be fix. He also was fair when it came time to charge is for the repair. I highly recommend going with Binder Heating and Air when you need servicing on your home furnace!

I called this morning, and they were able to have Bill come by noon today. I really appreciated how he explained everything that he was doing. No pressured sales pitch. I normally support mom & pop shops, but decided to give Binder a try. Wow, am I glad I did. They sent 2 freindly and courteous guys, who did the job in a timely manner, and then helped out with some challenges I was having, totally unrelated to the job.
In the end the bill matched the quote. No hidden fees, no add ins, nothing. I will be using their services in the future!

I was so happy with the job Binder Heating did! My furnace went out the Friday night before New Years. I was able to keep the home warm enough using the fireplace and a couple of heaters over the weekend, but the weather was suppose to turn really cold in a few days so I was concerned about getting anything done before that happened. I called Binder Monday morning and first received a visit from Rick Binder by 10:30 a.m. By the afternoon a technician had come out, took apart the motor to determine the real problem. He saw a crack and called into the parts store to see about getting a part right away. They had the part, but since it was New Year's Eve, they were closing early for the day. The technician arranged his schedule to get over there, get the part before they closed and had it back to my house and installed by 4:00...on New Year's Eve...right before the high of 4 degrees the next day! They were so attentive, took care of the issue very reasonably and understood the urgency of the situation.

After my experience with Binder, It makes perfect sense why they already have so many positive reviews. They do business exactly the way that business should be done.

My A/C had been operating at much less than optimal capacity when I started using it this Summer. I scanned through different HVAC companies in the area on Google and decided to give Binder a shot. From start to finish, they were completely transparent and honest about my options and what the outcome would likely be. My A/C unit is relatively old, so there was some pursuasion to have it replaced; but, nothing that I would consider "pressure". After discussing the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing with the technician (Chuck), I decided to have it repaired for the time being. Throughout the process, Chuck was very tranparent and basically gave me a crash course on how A/C units operate as he was fixing the problem(s). He got everything running perfectly, and now a 90 degree day doesn't bother me at all. Before he left, he told me the price of a new unit; so, now I know what to expect when my old unit bites the dust.

Because of the honest and transparent way that Binder does business and the way that their employees represent the company, they have earned my first phone call when it's time to replace.
