Holmin Heating & Cooling

We had our AC fail in the first hot spell of the spring.
They came and looked at it and we discussed options.
We decided to replace the whole AC because the original one was 17 years old and we have had a couple service calls on it already.
The price they quoted was good.
But more important is they could get it installed the following week.
They arrived when they said they would. Were very polite and professional. Did a great install and every thing was cleaned up when they were done.
Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing Heating or cooling work

From the initial phone call to request an estimate, right through to instillation of our new a/c unit, Phil and his team were amazing. Professional job, easy going manner, timely responses to questions. You would barely know they are in your home.

We’ve had Mr. Holmin out 3 times now. Twice to look at our heating and now this time to look at our AC. He always gives a small window when he will show up so you don’t have to wait all day. He calls when he’s on the way. He’s knowledgeable and tells you options. We have two furnaces and two ac units which are old and will probably need to be replaced very soon. It’s going to be costly, so he explains what needs to be done to get them running until we have to pour a lot of money into replacement. We appreciate his candor and knowledge!

My furnace wasn’t heating our house and it was the Wednesday before Christmas and we had a huge storm heading for us. I talked to several people that I work with and 2 of them recommended Holmin. I called at 8 am, spoke to the owner and had heat by 1:30 in the afternoon.

As usual, they are always available and work with you on the issue at hand. They are responsive in emergencies. They are honest and don't try to upsell. They talk with you about options before fixing. Very courteous and professional. Great customer service. I'd highly recommend.

Phil repaired my 26 year old furnace, which gave up on us on a chilly Saturday. He was very quick to respond and punctual. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and worked even over the weekend. Added bonus is that price was very very reasonable. He himself asked me if the price was fair before billing. Thank you Phil for your timely support. We highly appreciate your help on that chilly day. Hopefully I won't need service for the near future, but if I do I know who I'm calling.

Holmin Heating is a stand up family owned business. They are courteous and professional. Reasonable prices for quality work and they don't try to upsell you and only replace the defective part. I trust them.

I called to order furnace filters before winter. Wendy Holmin responded and offered to deliver them to my house within the next hour.
