Holmin Heating & Cooling

This morning I woke up in a cold house, called Holmin Heating & Cooling at 730am and someone answered immediately. They were at my house within hours and fixed my furnace quickly! Very friendly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

2nd time we've used Phil at Holmin. Last summer on the hottest day, which happened to be a Friday later in the afternoon, I'd called at least 15 companies to help fix a down AC unit. Phil was the only one who took my call and came out before EOD. 2nd time he fixed a bad AC compressor motor and is always quick to respond. Will certainly return for any HVAC work in the future.

I want to give a huge shout out to Phil and Holmin Heating. I had a different HVAC company come out for a routine "tune up" and they told me I needed a new furnace. I called for a second opinion and Phil was out at my house 2 hours later. He confirmed my suspicions that the furnace was in fact fine and didn't need replacing. He also gave me a ballpark estimate for when I do need to replace it in the future and it was much lower than the other company. Needless to say, I will only be using Holmin Heating and Cooling in the future. Refreshing to see a business with such integrity.

Holmin has great customer service!!! They answer their phones, return texts and emails, and are solution driven to get you what you need in an expedient manner. Phil has a great business model; helping you ASAP.

I can’t say enough about this company and its owner! They installed my new AC and Furnace a little over 2 years ago. I’ve had them back for routine maintenance and most recently to address a lack of heat. They arrived the same day of my request and resolved the issues quickly and efficiently. I called Holmin Heating and Cooling to set up an appt for an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The owner Phil answered the phone and was able to immediately stop by and evaluate our needs. We set up an install date week later and Phil, Nick and John installed both units in less than 7 hours! They are all very knowledgeable, professional and the quality of work they did was excellent! I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to others!

Highly recommend! Super responsive, was able to fix an issue that other's missed, reasonable rate, and didn't try to get me to buy a whole new system!

On Christmas Eve our heat went out about 10 pm. The temperature was below 0 and we made multiple calls and left messages. No one responded except Phil from Holmin heating on Christmas Day. Even though he was not working on Christmas he came out early and fixed our problem quickly. His work was excellent but more than that Phil was a kind and compassionate person. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We have had Holmin Heating and Cooling out twice now, once for a furnace tune up, and one for flue repair. Phil and his team are efficient, professional and explain their work in a way that makes sense to the customer. Also very easy to schedule Absolutely recommend.
