The scheduling staff is always courteous and helpful and the tech came out same day. Communication is excellent and thorough - texts and emails - with every step. Mike was professional and friendly, explaining what he was doing during the inspection of the AC and what needed repair. Very happy and will definitely use their services again.

We had an issue where our A/C wasn’t cooling when we were hosting a party of 30 people. I made a phone call to One Hour Heating and Air and within an Hour They arrived, fixed my issue and was back up and running! Shane was an amazing technician, super friendly and always super professional! Thank You One Hour, and Shane! You saved the day!!

Edit: went from 4 stars to 5 stars because the cost of the tune up was included towards purchase of a new AC.

Previous: Very responsive, quickly got a technician out to check on things. Price for tune up seemed a little high, especially since it didn't fix anything. I will update this review depending on how the tune up and service call price is incorporated into estimates for a new AC unit.

The technician, Shane, was very kind, and has an excellent understanding of his industry as a whole, it was great to get a forward looking perspective in the context of efficiency and materials being used.

Tom from One Hour Heating and Air was great. He got out herein a hurry, gave me some good options with competitive pricing and an interim fix while I wait for the permanent solution which he was able to get me on the schedule for a quick turnaround time as well.

After a horrible experience with another company, Garrett from One hour showed at my house and diagnosed my issue in 10 minutes! I couldn’t be more grateful for his professional service. He took care of the problem and got my antiquated A/C unit back in service within 30 minutes of arriving. He completely went above and beyond. I had knee joint replacement surgery from an injury in the service he showed compassion and was patient as I was moving very slowly. One Hour is veteran owned and the took care of this old veteran with respect and understanding. He listened to my explanation of the problem and charged me fairly for the work. Called 1-hour about AC blower fan failure. Technician came and quickly determined the cause and told us the replacement part is OEM , gave us the estimate and the day it will be fixed. Everything went perfect as they promised without any hassle. Great job Cory and Lyane!

I called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning with an A/C issue and Katie had someone out to my house within 2 hours. Erik, the technician, called ahead and let me know he was coming, in addition to the text I received with his picture so I knew who to expect. He was extremely personable and very professional. He had me back up and running within 45 minutes! Their prices were very reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend these guys to others.

Bryan was very helpful. Helped us find the gas leak in our fireplace and at least get things shut off until we can have another place come fix the valve. He was very informative on other suggestions as well. Very nice man would recommend!
