Responded the same day (Thursday) due to the fact that AC was not working and we had family coming to stay. Ordered new AC coil and replaced on Monday. John was great to work with, patient and polite to answer all the questions. Highly recommend them.

I've had the pleasure of having Phil Holmin out to the house to give me an estimate on replacing my HVAC system as well as tuning up the AC. He is extremely honest, courteous, knowledgeable, down to earth, and most of all, not pushy like other companies are. I highly recommend Holmin Heating and Cooling to anybody!

I was very impressed with Holmin Heating and Cooling. I called and Phil was able to come out that same day. The part that was needed to fix my furnace wasn't local. Phil and his wife located the part and they went and got it so that it was fixed that day. Otherwise, it could have been a couple of days since there was a big snowstorm coming. I highly recommended this small business.

Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year so far- of course on a Sunday too. Phil and Holmin Heating have replaced both my dad and my sister’s furnace, so they came highly recommended. Phil not only answered his phone on Sunday night, but was over the next day installing my new furnace. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their prices were comparable, even a little lower, to another estimate I received, but their professionalism and kindness were in a league of their own.

I received four quotes for a heating and A/C install and went with Holmin because they offered a competitive price (they also offered a cash discount, and honored their original quote when they knew it might not be a month or two until I had the money to pay for the install -- others told me a 15-20% price increase was looming) and told me exactly what I needed. I had an air exchanger that needing fixing as well and Holmin was the only one that said they could repair it instead of charging $3K-$6K to replace it. Today was the install and they happened to have the spare part that was needed to fix the air exchanger (a mere grommet). They also did a fine job with the furnace install. They're coming back in a week or two to replacement my A/C. I highly recommend them.

Service tech did a great job quickly evaluating my heater and walked me through why it was not working properly. Luckily a pretty simple fix. I also asked for a smart thermostat to be installed and he also able to installed. He walked me through the system both on the panel and on my phone until I was comfortable using it. Would recommend and will use their services again.

Phil Holmin was very professional. He quickly determined the issue with my A/C system and completed the repair in a timely manner. The AC dual capacitor was shorted, replaced and charged with 1# R22.

Of course our air conditioning went out on the big end of May/early June, heat of July weather! We appreciate Holmin heating and cooling and trust them for all of our problems/repairs. We know they're knowledgeable and fair.

First time using Holmin Heating and Cooling and I was absolutely thrilled with the overall process. Updates were given in a timely manner. Email correspondence was quick and informative. Everything was clearly explained up front and clear expertise from experience was exercised, not from a pushy salesperson standpoint. The issue I had with my furnace was a very frustrating and ongoing affair and Holmin was able to zero in on what to address to stop these issues from reoccurring. The process was aimed at not only fixing the issue but also teaching me things I’d never be able to find out about on my own about my own furnace unit as we went. I found a long list of positive testimonials and suggestions from neighbors to go with Holmin and you could easily add me to the list of those that would say do not waste your time and money elsewhere. If you want your HVAC/Furnace/Air Conditioning done right, efficiently and safely go with Holmin.

He fixed my furnace over the phone free of charge on Christmas Eve, but the best example, was my most recent AC repair. I called Phil but he couldn't come out that day. I found out not only was he busy but it was his wife's birthday, so totally understandable. I tried Genz Ryan and boy was that a collosal mistake. They tried to tell me my system was broken and I needed a new system for $9000. Even if I just wanted a recharge it would cost $930. Phil came the next day, said the system was fine and charged me way less, $600 less for the recharge.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable and has amazing customer service.
