I had the blower on my furnace go out last week. After performing some trouble shooting, it looked like I needed to have the blower replaced. I called Groffs, but they did not have a replacement available, but Arron did help me with some troubleshooting, which led me to replace a failed component. I am extremely grateful for the time on the phone and recommend Groffs for any HVAC issues.

Thank you so much to the team at Groff HVAC! Our system went out going into the 4th of July Holiday weekend. While parts were hard to get for our older system - Groff called us back several times and helped walk us through to get our a/c up and running in 90++ degree weather.

Winter storm Olive came and tried to take us out! No heat for almost a full day and I made a quick phone call to Groff Heating and Cooling. Within 15 minutes, Aaron (owner) was at my house, personally handling our furnace situation! It was late at night and there were blizzard like conditions…but that didn’t stop him!! Truly the best company and customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Don’t go anywhere else for your heating and cooling needs… They go the extra hundred miles!

My furnace and A/C wasn't working. I originally called Genz Ryan only to be told my furnace was going to cost $2,300-$5,300 to repair, or just replace the whole furnace. I called Groff based on a recommendation from a friend who personally knows the Groff family. In 5-10 minutes the tech Cole found a bad furnace door switch and we were back in business. I highly recommend Groff Heating & Cooling!

Great customer service! They answer phones and give fast friendly service. Our A/C died and they quickly came out next day as promised. Great value for a needed new unit, installed same day! Great team to work with; thumbs up to Aaron, Cole and Max! Class operation that care about customer.

Furnace went out the first day it got cold. Sales person came out right away with an estimate and installed it within 3 days. Their price was few hundred dollars cheaper than 2 other places.

A/C stopped working early on a very hot day. Emergency weekend pricing was very fair (no extra charge because it was Father's Day either). Problem diagnosed pretty quickly (thermostat faulty). Technician installed a new one. He also checked out the rest of the unit (basically gave it a tune-up!) and gave me some tips on maintenance. Very happy with the service... and results!
We have used them two others times also:
(1) They replaced our A/C unit two years ago. Great job and great service.
(2) We had a funny but very faint smell in our basement and called to see if they would check it out. They came and checked to see if we had an HVAC issues. None were found. If memory serves, they didn't even charge us to check it out! (Turns out the funny smell was a rotting orange we found a few days later!)

I signed up for Home Smart through Xcel Energy and the contractor they use to fix my AC was not available for 3 weeks. I called Groffs, left a message and within a couple of hours Aaron called and said he had someone in the area and they could be to the house in a couple of hours. Aaron himself showed up, diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes and was on his way. The fix was a new compressor start module. Very impressed with Aaron and Groffs! Thank you for great service!
