Holmin Heating & Cooling was able to come install a new app based thermostat the day after I called. Nick was professional, conversational while he kept working, and walked me through the app and functionality of the thermostat after he had it in. This was done on a really cold day in MN and he only had our furnace down for about 30 minutes so the house stayed warm. Whenever I work with them the price is reasonable. I'm happy to pay for their skills. I call Holmin Heating & Cooling for all our HVAC needs and they are always responsive and thorough. These guys are the best in the business!

He added further value by taking care of a couple smaller system needs without charge. And has been same-day responsive to a recent small heating issue which was quickly resolved. Arrived ready and on time. Performed a furnace inspection and while doing so, noticed a leaky PVC pipe. Was able to connect with another teammate who was able to come later that day to fix it. Fair price, fantastic service.
