Blower fan stopped working, Phil came within a few hours of me calling. He was able to repair it instead of having to replace the whole motor, saving us minimally $600, probably more! We really appreciated his very responsive service, and trustworthiness to save us some money. Thanks Phil!!

Highly skilled and extremely pleasant. On time and were careful not to track in any dirt or mud. The new furnace is working well.

Called in the morning and was able to have the service call that same afternoon. Onsite Phil quickly reviewed furnace heating issue and determined that the main control board was inoperable. Replaced the board and got us up and running with heat again.

Holmin Heating and Cooling is great. Called them right away in the morning when discovered furnace wasn’t working, Phil worked around my schedule to come out and assess and then once he figured out it needed a new part came to install it. Heat Is working great now. Very timely and reliable.

Down to earth straight forward business didn’t quote anything outrageous. Process was simple. Just a good old fashioned business such an amazing group!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Furnace started making noises last night and all the places I called wouldn’t get me anything until next week because Christmas. Phil came out within 2 hours to take a look and diagnosed the issue right away. He said he could come back next week and fix it.

Well, the furnace crapped out around dinner and it’s -5 out. I call Phil back and I swear to god an hour after I called him it is fixed. On the Friday before Christmas this guy came out and saved us from being displaced for the holidays.

I will now give this company all of my money for all of the things they can do. THAT is how you earn loyalty. Won’t ever call anyone else.

Very pleased we chose Holmin to replace our furnace and AC. We got estimates from 5 companies. From Holmin there were no cheesy sales tactics--just the facts, and a very good price for a high efficiency furnace and AC. The work was done on time and the installation looks great. All permits, registration, and rebates from the power and gas companies were taken care of. Great service from this smaller family-owned company. Highly recommend.

Have used several times and love this company. I had them replace my heating in AC system in my home. Great service and absolutely no issues. This time they worked on the church HVAC system again and solved it again. So grateful for Holmin Heating and Cooling. Carl

I live in Rosemount and I recently used Holmin to replace my 20 yr old furnace and A/C units that were starting to have issues. They were great to work with, very prompt, and got the entire job done in about 6 hours. They took care of everything, including getting all of the rebates organized, of which there were many. The installation was really clean, and they even re-piped my gas manifold that had fittings sticking out all over. They are a local company and provide excellent service and value. They were awesome to work with and I highly recommend considering them for any repair or new installation needs!

I’m beyond appreciative of Phil and his responsiveness as well as his trustworthiness. I have Service Choice and they couldn’t get out to fix my air for 6 days. Phil diagnosed the likely issue on the phone and was out the next morning. Twice in the last couple years I was expecting to replace my AC. Instead of making a sale Phil recommended waiting and fixed the issue. I cancelling my Service Choice and from now on Holmin Plumbing and Heating will be my first call!
