Stafford Home Service

Stanford designed and installed my furnace and heat pump/A/C 13 years ago.
Since then they have kept my system running well!

Recently, on one of the hotter days, the message ‘system malfunction - call Stafford’ appeared on my thermostat. When I called, the receptionist arranged a fix time next to my scheduled A/C maintenance and referred me to Jason for more Info. Jason helped me with advice and recommended Dusty to check the system out. When Dusty arrived, he quickly analyzed the system, replaced a failed part, and started the A/C up!!

Thanks to the excellent team effort my problem was fixed and I am enjoying nice cool air again!!

Jake and Morgan did a great job replacing the downdraft ventilator for our cooktop. The replacement was done professionally and with care. We are very pleased with their work. This was our first time using Stanford Home Service and will use them again for future projects.

Switched gas to electric stove, they went above and beyond - quick and easy to get a quote then schedule service. Professional, thorough, respectful.

Chris installed an 240V outlet for charging a EV car. Chris and his helper were punctual, neat and did a very professional job in a timely manner.

Stafford went above and beyond my expectations. We have been remodeling our kitchen and used Stafford to do all of our electrical work including installing recessed lighting, new lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, light switches, and hood installation. We have dealt with many companies (painting, ceiling, floors) during our kitchen remodel and Stafford was the most professional, reliable, and honest company to work with. Great quality. Eric and his team are amazing and Jason was easy to work with regarding scheduling, payments, and answering any questions. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

We recently had SHS to install high-velocity HVAC (Unico) with a heat pump in our old home. They also replaced our electrical panel in the process. We are extremely pleased with their work and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Dan (HVAC sales) was extremely knowledgeable and came up with interesting solutions for routing the ducts through the home - which is ultimately what sold us on using them for the project. Jason came out to take a look at the electrical situation and gave us a number of options to consider. Estimates for work were drafted very quickly, and we were able to promptly lock in an install start date. Any questions that we had were quickly followed up on and changes made to the plan accordingly.

Install went great - Chris, Will, and Tanner were the main crew for the beginning of the week and were very professional and pleasant guys to have around. They made sure we were involved at critical decision points and were very respectful of our home (and our cat!). Work was completed on time, which was great. We had a few follow-up sessions with techs at no charge when we had some minor things to figure out/wrap up.

Overall, we are so in love with the system that they installed for us and overjoyed with the level of service provided along the way.
