Absolutely phenomenal and clean work at an amazing price!

Before Blue Yeti, I received multiple quotes from other plumbers some of whom either quoted me an absurd amount for replacing my whole house’s pipes or full-on refused to work on my precarious albeit non-urgent pipe leak because it’s galvanized steel.

My experience with Blue Yeti has been nothing short of perfect. Here’s how it went:

1. They answered the phone super fast, listened to what I had to say and sent someone over the day after for an assessment and a quote. Remember, it wasn’t an emergency!

2. They sent over Chris who’s not only is super knowledgeable and clear, he was also very open to my obnoxious questions and requests… I’m genuinely impressed by how open he was to my weird requests. Chris was quick to point out the scare tactics from other plumbers and quoted me a VERY reasonable price.

3. Even though we scheduled our repair for 2 weeks out, the issue got slightly worse, so I decided to go out on a limb and give them a call to see if we can move the repair up to an earlier time. They moved it up by over a week, no questions asked. Talk about accommodating!

4. Due to the appointment’s move, Chris wasn’t able to make it, so John did. John was extremely courteous when my pretty annoying dog, Henry, jumped on him full speed (sorry!). John was also just as clear and honest about what’s needed for a worst case scenario, which I really appreciated!

5. John kept me in the loop throughout his work giving me updates on necessary changes and mitigations he was able to make to the puzzle of a repair job I gave him.

6. When done, John showed me the (clean) work of art he was able to achieve AND delighted me with a “I managed to fix it with less work and materials than originally expected, so the amount billed to you will be 30% less than we originally quoted you” (paraphrase). Are you kidding me!? If this is not enough of a reason for a 5-star review, I don’t know what is. And have I mentioned his work was just [chef’s kiss]?

I think I finally found my go-to plumber in the twin cities. Thank you folks so much — truly amazing work!

The entire experience was top-notch. From the first call to request an estimate to the completion of the installation took 2 days! Great price and no upselling. Every person I had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. Great crew. I definitely recommend Blue Yeti!

Last Summer, an Air Conditioner Contractor told me that yearly cleaning would not give me a good working unit as in past years. I had to $8,000. on a new unit. I was told there was a leak. Without any expensive coolant replacement, you cleaned the Unit and it works fine. Your honestly, fair pricing and quality work saved me.

So far so good, the install is not done yet. Top notch service, professional, knowledgeable, and will be a go too from now on thanks john.

This is the second time I’ve used Blue Yeti, as I was impressed when they did a great job fixing my toilet. I had them install a new wall AC. They are very responsive & professional. I would highly recommend them (I have already to family & friends!).

Great local business with prompt and friendly service. We had an AC issue occur on July 3rd and John was able to squeeze us in the same day. He had the issue fixed about 4 hours after I had called him!

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday night. We did some research and landed on Blue Yeti. That night we put in an online request for a technician to come to the house. They could get us in immediately the next morning. They sent reminders, arrived on time, and were extremely knowledgeable and professional when at my house. Chris from Blue Yeti Services did an excellent job on our our new toilet installation. He notified us when he was on the way to our house, and arrived on time. Chris was very professional and polite. He had our new toilet installed in well less than an hour. The cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Blue Yeti Services for plumbing and HVAC services.

During a toilet replacement in our basement bathroom the bolt broke and required the excavation of the original 1926 soil pipe. It took only 6 hours to jackhammer the original cement, reroute the soil pipe and vent pipe and pour new concrete. Mark and Chris used tarps to keep the stairs clean and promptly hauled out all of the mess. Blue Yeti has always been quick to respond, courteous, and have delivered excellent workmanship.

Had to break up floor to replace dip in sewer line. Very happy with work. Asked for additional help replacing faucet, and floor drain in bsmt. Did not treat us like. Fair, prompt and pleasant.
