Plumbing work is expensive, but if you have to pay it, pay an outfit that does quality work and sticks to schedule. I recommend this outfit.

I was so impressed by the service from Blue Yeti. I called for AC service at 9AM and had someone here to diagnose our AC issues by 10:30. Communication throughout the process was fantastic - phone calls and updates throughout the day as parts were being located, ordered, and installed. The owner even stopped by to check in and evaluate our overall AC and furnace issues - they are old and on the brink of needing a full replacement. Our AC was fixed by midday. So grateful that we didn’t have to go without AC for even one day. Thanks Emily, Mark, and John!

I was extremely happy with my experience! They are organized, professional, prescriptive, and got the job done. I wasn’t sure what the issue was initially but Mark did a great job diagnosing the issue and talking me through what needed to be done. As a fairly new home owner I appreciated their communication and customer service. I will have them back for more projects!

Have used them twice now, once for a fairly big plumbing job and another time for what turned out to be a (thankfully) minor one. Techs have always been solid and when there was a problem with the initial work on the fairly big job, John made it right right away.

John, Mark, and crew were awesome! They were professional and addressed all my questions/concerns. They provided a fair priced estimate for a garage heater installation and were able to get me scheduled in no time. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Blue Yeti was top notch replacing my old AC. Came out fast for estimate, was better value than big brand name company, and was installed on timing promised. Great service. System works great and they came out to check on it in the heat wave to ensure it was working properly. Will use them again as first stop for my HVAC and plumbing needs. Give this small biz a try…glad I did.
