Blue Yeti Services

Woke up this morning to water all over the utility room floor due to a leak at the water meter. I called Blue Yeti around 8:30 and they had Chris at the house by 11:30.

Unfortunately he could not fix the leak until the City came out to turn off the water at the street. I called the City, they came out to turn off the water, and Chris came back around 1:00 to address the issue.

When he was done with his repair, I told him I was worried that the only way to see if everything was OK was for the City to come back and turn the water back on. He understood, was not offended, and offered to wait for them to do that.

Well it is a good thing he did because there was still a small leak with a part that could only be supplied by the City. So the City returned to their shop to get the part, Chris replaced it, and everything is good now.

Thank you for the promptness and flexibility. This could have been a real disaster going into a 3 day holiday weekend!

She was cheerful and positive on the phone. By using modern communication modes like text, and photos, we were able to come up with a solution and schedule an appointment. The whole team was responsive and fulfilled or exceeded promises made.

Chris was great! He was able to come next day and replace our garbage disposal that had broken the night prior while we were doing dishes. He was timely, and left not only a functioning garbage disposal but a clean space as well! We will definitely use again in the future!

Clayton came out to look at our furnace and gave clear explanations for what he found and what he tried. Its an old system so we were expecting the worst. Clayton laid out options for us and did a nice job explaining everything.

I had a problem that was not straightforward and they helped me. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend to a friend. I was getting to a dire situation and other plumbers were not able to solve my problem. They took care of me incurring minimal costs/time when others couldn't. Thank you!
