Responsive to the customer. As a property manager these people are so helpful. They deliver great customer service, respond to emergencies, help us install new plant equipment on plan and budget. Collaborate with others working to solve client problems.
I use them for electrical service as well.

Dave, Matthew, and Morgan upgraded our electric service. They were great at asking questions and making suggestions, to make sure that the work would satisfy our needs. They were also great at explaining what they were doing, and why. All in all, a great group with whom to work.

Stafford Home Services is the best. They installed our HVAC years ago and Dusty does our yearly maintenance and repairs (also installed our thermostats). Jason, their Operations Manager, is professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They also provide electrical services. David just finished an electrical work at our home today, and it came under what they quoted due to some unexpected findings. They are honest and competent.

I give Stafford the highest marks for being thorough, responsive, listening to customers and not charging an arm and a leg for their work. Today a tech was here to check my AC system before it gets hot. Two years ago they did an AC replacement in July that involved long days in a boiling attic. The cost was much less than other estimates I'd received. I trust this company with my heating, cooling and electrical needs. They are honest and never try to sell you something you don't need.

We have used Stafford Home Services since 2007 for all electric and heating repair and installation needs. They have been super in response and their professional attempt to cover all the bases. They even went to bat on a dead blower motor during the last month of its 10 yr warranty with the Mfg. Thank you Jason and the team at Stafford.

Outstanding! I tried a half dozen businesses before contacting Stafford. He drove over an hour to work on our heat pump. It has never worked this well in the past!

When we wanted to replace the knob-and-tube wiring in our 1930s home, we thought of Stafford who had done a nice job for us on several past projects.
We received a detailed bid, a clear plan and a fixed timeline for the project.
They discussed and explained everything and were adaptable to unexpected changes.
The work was completed straight through with no gaps in the schedule.
The team was cheerful and upbeat with no foul language or loud music.
They cleaned up every day and overall, we were pleased with the lack of mess.
We would be more than happy to use them again for another project. In fact, they will be soon be doing a similar project for our son.

When we bought our house, we didn't realize how poor the electrical system was. Even a simple matter of replacing a 3-way switch was complicated by the older BX wiring and the non-standard use of the color coded wires. I was recently injured and of course our kitchen switches pick this time to die. Stafford was able to fit us in earlier than expected due to their efficiency at another job. They were in the home less than 1/2 an hour, and there are no noises of arcing switches when we use the 3-ways to control the main ceiling light in our kitchen. They aren't inexpensive, but they're not cheaping out on the service, nor the equipment. I recommend them unreservedly.

Stafford performed an excellent furnace & A/C installation. Several years later we had a minor issue with the furnace & they took care of it for us in a timely manner. Thank you, Stafford!

Stafford replaced a weather damaged light system they had installed a couple years ago and at no charge as they warranty their work for 5 years. Incredible service and highly ethical company.
