Our furnace abruptly stopped working just as the temperature drops. Of course, right? The pilot light went on and the burners fired up but the blower motor never engaged to blow the heat throughout the house. Consequently we spent the evening and next morning without heat. I called Pronto and was very happy they were able to squeeze us in the same day. Chris, our technician, was on time and went right to work problem solving the issue. He called me and explained what was happening and fixed the issue on the spot. To our surprise, and delight, the blower motor was fine. The gas intake was too strong so Chris adjusted the issue and installed the new filter (I had one sitting near the furnace). What we thought was going to be a costly repair, was not! Huge thanks to Chris and Pronto for restoring our furnace to fine working order!

Keith gave us excellent service for our spring AC checkup. We look forward to having the ability stay cool while we enjoy a great summer after our brutal winter!!

Pretty expensive for the service performed. Especially considering the outcome was only a temporary solution. I just spent the last three hours (after an $80 trip to home depot) working on a permanent fix. I will likely do some shopping around next time I need HVAC service.

They replaced our old ac system with a new one. Complicated job because of our tightly compact city lot and closet that it was in. They handled the entire job very well and were easy to work with.

Andrew Allen was extremely helpful and solved our problem. We had another company quote us $1000’s to fix and replace things that did not need to be fixed where Andrew found a simple repair solution to get us heat again and suggested future maintenance. Will be using pronto again!

Pronto is terrific! I’ve gotten 2 zones installed from them and both times their techs were professional and very nice to work with!

Scheduling was a breeze and they were very flexible & friendly in coordination with other subs schedule changes and unknowns.

The teams were all very neat and put down plastic when there might be a mess on carpet and cleaned up
nicely when done. Ducts installed work really well, look great, ran where we need them. They listened to our needs came up options and then delivered, all around a great experience! I totally recommend Pronto for you project and I will use them again any time I have the need!

Honestly, this was probably the best home service provider I've worked with in years. Transparent, one-time, affordable, and extremely professional. I really enjoyed my experience with them.

Extremely pleased with all aspects of Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning. My 19-year-old furnace decided to go out while we were having sub-zero weather, and I knew my air conditioning needed replacing as well. With Jack's ten plus years with Pronto, he was able to educate me on all the new HVAC systems and what would fit my home best. He even found a rebate/recall for my old furnace that no other company did. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty during the whole process. On the day of the install, of course, we had sub-degree weather, but the Pronto crew was on time and fast to get started. They worked extremely hard all day long. Chris was very informative with everything going on throughout the day. He did a great job installing my new thermostat, even considering the difficulty of running a new thermostat wire. I wasn't near the install all day, Kevin and Chris, and the rest of the crew were in the basement. Once I saw the finished product I was truly amazed. Jack said he was going to send a Master installer due to the severity of the project. (90 degrees flip of the furnace to accommodate a new 4-inch filter for better airflow) Kevin and Pronto's crew did not disappoint. I highly recommend Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning and know they will do a great job installing my new air conditioner in the spring.
