The fan on the new furnace was running way lower than the old one. I had it addressed before with little to no improvement. This time Tyler the Sr Technician looked at it and made some setting adjustments and it made a huge difference. We are very happy.

I maintain their trucks by doing oil changes on the vehicles at the shop I work at, Grandview Cahill, Edina. MN. In servicing their trucks I talk to the service men and I set up an inspection. Within the following the next 5 days I had a new furnace, water heater and AC unit. The men were at my house at 7:00am exactly and did the work. The work was done and ready by 3:00! I was at work while they installed and setup everything, my wife was at home. The service was fast and very clean. The guys gave us such a simple and easy to understand operation instructions it made me feel like I had been part of the installation. The water heater lines and copper tubing and likes are beautiful and it looks like a piece of art. It is simple but it looks so clean. Thanks guys!

Installed new A/C unit too close to the home. They didn't ask and just put the new A/C a lot closer to the house than the previous unit. I asked the installer to move it back further from the house but it's still too close and a lot harder to work around. Also, I have a Google Nest thermostat which I wanted hooked up a new humidifier they were installing. They said the Nest wasn't working and installed a new control instead. They wired the new humidifier wrong and caused the humidifier to never turn off. They came back to fix the wiring, but the faulty wiring was probably to blame for the installation issue with the Google Nest. The humidifier control they installed works poorly and requires frequent adjustments.
