Charles was very thorough. He clearly explained everything so that I understood without talking down to me. I really appreciate that! (This has never happened with Pronto but it has happened with other companies). He had some good suggestions but was not pushy. He took the time to answer my questions. I am very pleased with Pronto service, they really live up to their name. I had a old air handler in my attic which they removed through a small opening into the ceiling and installed a new one with a brand new condenser and line sets all in under two half days as promised on short notice and a good price. Their expertise clearly showed through the confidence and the professional work they did. I would hire them any day, special thanks to Joseph, Noah and Jake.

Our tech Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty. He was prompt, responsive, solution oriented, and informative. He was back within less than 24 hours and had the unit running like new. 5 star service and customer care!

Pronto had a quick turnaround time. Called on Tuesday and had a tech come the next day! Andrew arrived early and looked into a couple possible issues. He was able to walk us thru the issue he found and why it needed to be replaced. Replaced it without any issues and we had our AC running smoothly again.

I've used Pronto for years (including a new furnace and AC install in 2016) and I have the MVP program that covers annual tuneups (which helps me keep my maintenance regular). I've always been really happy with them, but today was exceptional - I got a system failure message on my AC this morning, called for service at 7:40, Logan was out at 9:15 and the part was replaced under warranty and at 9:30 everything is fixed and ready for the heat wave. Some of that was luck, but overall their service is consistently excellent. They're not the cheapest, but they are so worth what I've paid them. Thanks, Pronto!

Our warranty company sent service providers that created a problem for our unit where there was none. We wanted an independent service to tell us what they did wrong and why a perfectly functioning (older unit) worked until they tinkered with it. Keith with Pronto did a great job explaining the issue and working to find a solution. Friendly and professional without pushing for our business installing a new unit since we are under warranty. I will use Pronto again and recommend them to others who have heating or air issues.

On Monday, June 12, I had a new Heating and Cooling System install in my home. The Installers, Eli and Chris were very kind and considerate, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They made the installation look easy and I'd like to add that they are both a credit to their profession.
Meeting with AJ was also a wonderful experience. After reviewing my needs, we sat and discussed the options he presented. Craig Meyers, our service rep did a great job! Didn’t take long and he had us up and running. We especially liked the text message notice that the repair person was on the way and sending a picture of the person was a plus! Thankful we didn’t have to wait more than a couple of days for service in this heat!
