I was told to expect the installers of my new furnace and ac to show up at 7 am so I moved my car from the garage to the street and went back inside to eat breakfast and wait. I looked out my window at exactly 7 am and already there was this shiny orange and green truck backed into my driveway. From that point forward it was one professionally done thing after the other as the old furnace and ac disappeared and the new was in place and working. The crew was competent, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and left me feeling I was happy choosing Pronto.

Chris was professional and detailed! Showed up in a timely manner and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue which was damaged wires from original install. This was a great experience and I will be using them in the future for any HVAC needs! Keep Chris as long as you can! He is a great tech!

Charles and Matt were at my house Fast to repair my furnace! They were both awesome guys and they broke down everything that was going on with my furnace and had her fixed up in no time! 2 thumbs up

Kevin showed up right on time and assessed the issue with our zone system. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts which were brought promptly by a Pronto crew. Kevin clearly explained the issue and showed me the work that had been done. A crew member helped me set up the new wireless thermostat and they were all done and cleaned up within 4 hours. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Darren, Noah and Logan of Pronto Heating and Air came out this morning and were super professional. I have somewhat of a rare system in a condo. Numerous other HVAC companies came out last summer and said they couldn’t do the job, didn’t understand the system. So I went the entire summer of ‘22 with nothing but a portable unit in my bedroom! This year ‘23 I called Pronto and not only did they know the intramural of my system, they were available for install the next day and got the job done pronto ~ no pun intended! Seriously though, interest free finance 36 months to payoff, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, thank you, thank you Pronto!

I’ve had Pronto work on three of my homes. Pronto is an excellent contractor, and I cannot recommend them enough. Jack was extremely helpful in getting us the right HVAC unit and Water heater for our home. Haso and his team did exceptional work installing our units.

Daniel was great! They arrived on time on a same day call, helped figure out the problem, and come up with a solution. While they didn’t have the necessary part to fix the same day they were back first thing the next morning. I recommend them.
