Josh located the leaky valve on the laundry tub. He provided options to repair or replace. I appreciated the options available and also being able to decide what was best for us. He came in, worked hard, made sure we had no more leaks and that everything was functioning as it should be. Thank you!

Jeremy had done a tremendous job on completing several repairs related to plumbing, the water heater unit, and faucets and shower heads, and he did so in a timely manner. Additionally, his knowledge and expertise were quite apparent throughout his service. Lastly, it was Jeremy’s professional, yet friendly, attitude and respectful demeanor that made his service outstanding! Rep Mike Joritz was very friendly and helpful,explained all options to me and my wife. Did not feel pressured, felt valued! Was very impressed with his personable demeanor and willingness to spend several hours getting to know what solution would best fit us, long term vs short term. My 2nd time working with this company and their technician Josh and had a great experience! He came out to access my water heater which was a free service I obtained from my previous visit. Josh was on time and even waited for me as I was running late due to traffic! He examined & explained what was going on with my current appliance and gave some great options on what I could do. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision on the spot. Will totally be using them for my replacement this summer!

This was just the first of hopefully multiple services that we will use. Michael did a wonderful job at explaining everything. Was very personable and very honest. It was extremely nice to have someone you're comfortable with. The company from what I see makes you comfortable from the very first text that they send you. Good job a++

Very disappointed with this company! Made an appointment, someone called to confirm, when I told her it was a group home, she said they do not service group homes. I asked why, she told me it was a 'company policy'. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me I could only speak with her. I hung up and called another number and when I asked that person, she told me it was due to 'insurance'. I again asked to speak with someone about the policy/insurance, but was told there was no one for me to speak with. I am not sure why it matters what type of home it is, as it is a residential home, and I made an appointment for a residential furnace. Felt very discriminatory!

I had to have my main water valves and my hot water heater replaced.

Mike came out and he was very professional and friendly. He didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need and very knowledgeable. Once I accepted the estimate they were out within two days; it would have been the next day but we needed the city to turn off the water.

They did a great job on installation. I would definitely use them again.
