I urgently needed a bad water valve replaced. Adam Renville arrived on time this morning. I have to say he did I wonderful job. He not only repaired the valve quickly, but helped me understand options such as insurance coverage, etc. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I was actually surprised the cost was less than I expected. Highly recommend!

Michael was great. He explained things to me on what the job would be. He gave me options and prices. Overall, working with all the people from Home Works has been very good. I'd definitely recommend them for your home projects/problems.

I am super happy of the cleaning of my HVAC system today!! I had a few estimates in the past 2 weeks and this was the best overall of the Tech., professional, and even when he came with shoe covers to the door! On the coldest night of this spring, our furnace went out. It was the middle of the night. We weren’t going to freeze so I could wait until morning. In the meantime I had shut the circuit off and rebooted it. The heating system came back on seem to be doing just fine. I had left messages online for this company. They responded right away in the morning and asked if they could come out for a free inspection just to make sure everything is OK. There were a few minor things that could use some attention, and they were able to do the maintenance on the spot.

The technician, Luke, gets 5 stars! He was very thorough in the maintenance and provided very helpful tips. Also explained things in a way I (who doesn't know a thing about HVAC) would understand. He was very kind and patient with all our questions. Luke has great customer service! Only reason I give 4 stars is because when I asked to move up my appointment the lady on the phone didn't really seem like she even looked at the calendar.. she basically said they are booked until my appointment within the second I asked to move up!

Josh did an excellent job explaining what repairs could and or should be made and complete pricing information. All with no pressure at all to made and immediate decision, said take our time to make a decision to do the job or not. very happy with service.

Hats off to you Homeworks for having Luke on your team. Homeownership is not easy but it's nice when you receive prompt, reasonable and friendly service. I am definitely glad I googled you all and referred Homeworks to my mother and sister. Our house went from a heat swamp to a cooler in less than 30 minutes of Luke addressing the issue.

The guy who came out to evaluate the job was awesome, and very thorough. However, the company’s pricing was very high compared to other quotes. They wanted $1,000 to pull the electric wires from the breaker box. An electrician is charging me $150. They would have had my business for their thoroughness, if not for the extreme pricing.

Jeremy has installed the water heater, water softener, sump pump, kitchen faucet and garbage disposal! He is going to make my tub into to a walk-in shower next. His work is excellent and he is exceedingly knowledgeable. If grade A+ professional service is what you are looking for call!
