They are always so professional when they come out. Had mini splits installed and then had a couple problems and they came out right away to fix it. Always clean and neat. Grateful for Stephen and team!

I had a leak in my house that could not be seen. Josh did a great job evaluating how much the cost would be with walls in place. Called back to have Josh perform the work after we had walls taken down from water leak; Josh reevaluated the cost explaining everything in detail what new costs would be. Very professional work!

Michael was efficient and friendly. He checked my water heater and water softener. Talked to me about a monthly plan (which I signed up for). I was very happy with the service appointment.

Suspicious professional practice by either employee Zach Evans or business. I ask for a water heater assessment. Employee claims my water heater was older than it actually is leading to his assessment that it needs to be replaced. He pauses to finish gathering his things and tells my wife to leave upstairs when she decides to wait for him instead he rushes back downstairs claiming he "forgot" something. Before the assessment I had no water leak. During the assessment there was a small leak. After assessment, now I have a big leak. This clearly does not make sense other than I smell sabotage. I will definitely not do business with HomeWorks again. And make sure everyone else steers clear of them. Be warned. Stay away from them.

Adam and Isaiah’s work was outstanding! They were efficient in completing the project. Adam provided excellent instruction on the maintenance of the project! Would heartily recommend and look forward to using them again for our next project.

Zach handled draining and maintenance on our water heater. He was efficient and explained options, recommendations and provided estimated costs for improvements. Very happy with the service.

Homeworks sent out a tech the day after I called (earliest available appt). Willie was super professional and took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms before allowing me to approve repairs. The repair cost did seem a bit high, but I am not familiar with these types of repairs and didn't have comparison quotes, so I can't gripe too much about that. Overall a great experience and would recommend if you are in a tight spot and need immediate HVAC help!

Everything was done as described. Everything is working properly now.
My concerns were assessed and I was given good advice. Michael came back today and fixed a leak that appeared to have been triggered by yesterday's work. I appreciate the quick response!

Be very careful if using this company. Always get a second opinion and a second bid. It appears that their techs are somehow compensated on selling additional services or products. I requested an inspection of the hvac as it was 6 years old and had not been serviced. I was quoted over $3,000 for cleaning and maintenance services. Homeworks also quoted $1,500 for surge protectors for my furnace. That seemed excessive. After I told the tech I would think about it he finished up and left. After that my air conditioner was not working. I called another company and they determined that no power was going to the hvac system as a wire had been unplugged. Oversight or on purpose? Not sure but suspicious. They new company performed all necessary cleaning and maintenance for $275.00. I was very happy with their work.

I did have some plumbing work performed by Homeworks which I was satisfied with however I did not get a second bid which looking back on it I should have done.

6-19-23 As a followup I'd like to state that the concern was not the tech's communication of options and that we did not establish a resolution. I would again reinforce that everyone get a second opinion and or quote before committing to services.

Was thinking air conditioner tune up, but it really was an assessment of the heating and cooling system. Really hoping to get air conditioner cleaned up, that is what I verbalized, but was not told different. Extra charge, over 400.00 dollars!!!
