Mr. Furnace replaced our hot water heater after the previous one began to burst in the basement. The technicians were very prompt and professional, made sure they cleaned up after themselves and got rid of the water for us that had spilled out of our old hot water heater.

Our first encounter was terrible. Made an appointment a week in advance. Was given the time of between 10 am and 1pm. My husband called to confirm at 10:45 the morning of the appointment and was told they 'had no record of our appointment and they would call us back to reschedule'. Which is odd; if you had no record of our appointment how would you call back? 30 minutes later, the phone rings and it's from Mr. Furnace "Our tech is on his way" sure enough there was a truck in our driveway. Service was completed in an hour but honestly what's up with the communications? Second dealing with your company. Husband schedules an INSPECTION per the city in which we live between 8 and Noon. He gives MY phone number as he will be at work the day of. Your company calls to confirm service at 7:58 (different process than the previous appointment) but they call HIS PHONE. He's driving and doesn't answer. Voicemail says "Our Tech is in your driveway, please call us back" He is driving, and I'm home but you don't call me, as requested. at 8:04 your company calls HIM again "we haven't heard from you, we're slammed we'll have to reschedule" I was home the entire time in my office working. My phone was charged, the ringer was at full volume and I was waiting for the call. You will not have a third chance to receive our business. I've also made a Yelp review and will expressly suggest to anyone in the Metro Detroit area to AVOID using your services. Customers are not an interruption of your day, they are the reason you are in business. If I could give zero stars I would.
Called for a furnace safety check on Monday per city certs, and Adam was here first thing Tuesday morning. He was thorough, professional, and it was nice talking to him. Answered all of my questions and got me what we needed to tick off another box for the inspector. I'd highly recommend Mr Furnace and if we ever have need of furnace repair, I hope we get Adam again as our technician.
Love this company. Tom is amazing! Wealth of knowledge, friendly and very efficient. Saved me a lot of money with easy fixes and educated me as a homeowner. Really appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs. Now we are on a regular schedule to keep our house safe and peaceful. Thank you, Mr. Furnace!
I got 4 different estimates, these guys were not the cheapest. I had them install a new boiler. They forgot to pull a permit with the city. The city contacted them. FAILED INSPECTION, the installers attached non heat resistant wires to the pipes. There were other wiring issues as well. Another issue was their poor welding skills, caught a paint can of water a day. They did come back and fixed the issues. For poor initial installation and not pulling the permits they get a 3 star average rating. They did come back and fixed issues with the boiler.
I had my furnace and AC unit installed in April 2018. I've had a few techs out for a leaking issue at the condensate pump. I had another tech out today named Jeff to replace a kinked hose with the original PVC pipe that was there before, only he fixed it. Not only that, he also checked the humidifier only to find that it was never working to begin with since installation. He ended up thoroughly checking everything and fixed everything. Initial installation wasn't great, but the tech today should be your installation trainer! Customer service is great and your tech, Jeff, is phenomenal.. Initial installation services need work.
I was installed 7-2-22 & found the installers to be awsome.They went out of there way to show me what they did with pictures on there phone,as I am handicap & cannot go down stairs.This showed me they were honest & had nothing to hide.The price was very reasonable & the unit is very quite(Trane).They also pointed out area of concern & showed them to me on the phone & took care of them,at no extra charge.They were things left by a previous installed of my heating install.They were fast,knew what they were doing,& you would never know they were here with the great clean up.I would recommend there services to all.
Its an extremely cold spring night and my furnace went out at 8:30pm. I have two tiny babies and Mr.Furnace was here in less than 15 minutes! Not to mention their prices were far better than Any other Furnace company we called hands down. Problem fixed within 20 minutes. I’m never using another furnace company. Thanks guys for the great customer service.
