Cannot say enough good things about Mr. Furnace! Our furnace was shut down by Consumers Energy due to a crack in the heat exchanger. My call on Sunday morning was answered by the owner Tony who took time to determine what we needed. He gave us a number of options , the price was reasonable and he was able to send a crew out Monday morning. Anthony and Alex were great! Install completed in a few hours and they left everything immaculate. Great job and many thanks to Mr. Furnace! Highly recommended!

Have used Mr. Furnace for house calls as well as installation of A/C and furnace. Each installation was smooth and quick with high quality workmanship. The techs doing the install were very knowledgeable and thorough with any questions or concerns I had. They went into detail and explained all work that was performed. They gave me insight on maintenance which was much appreciated. Highly recommended and will continue my business here.

These guys were awesome! We just had central air installed and upgraded our 32 year old furnace. They were punctual and friendly, did really high quality work and I feel like they didn’t try to rip us off or upsell us on things we didn’t need! Would definitely recommend and will use them for all of our future needs. Thanks for making this all so easy for us!

My AC unit in the basement had a lot of water pooling around the bottom. I went on Mr. Furnace’s website and typed a request for service on Wednesday. Thursday morning I hadn’t received a callback and called to check on the status of my request. The woman that took my call was very apologetic saying they never received my request. She would.check into that problem. Anyway, she scheduled me right away for Thursday btwn 12-4pm. Chad arrived at 4 and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed it and was out in15 minutes!. He also gave me some advice on monthly maintenance to avoid the problem from happening again. I was very happy once again with Mr. Furnace. We have used them in our old house and now in our new house ! Our unit is old and will need to be replaced in a few years. Mr. Furnace will be my first call! Thank you!!

First of all, I want to say that my experience is like 10 billion gold stars. My AC broke the week it was hitting 90 degrees, after a week of suffering through a miscarriage. In my mind, things couldn't get worse. I tried calling a few other places and they were scheduling a few days out JUST TO LOOK at the unit. I called Mr. Furnace and they said they had someone in the area and would likely be able to get to me THAT day or at the latest, the next day. Nate came that day, took a look, gave me my options, and was so very kind! I scheduled immediately to get a new unit with them, and they installed it just a few days later (there was a weekend in between). Autumn and I think Alex, lovely people running the phones called me every time to get me ETA's and confirmations. No surprises, no crazy waiting and wondering. And Monday, they sent two trucks and about 5 guys---they meant business! I knew things were going to be done quickly! Just a few hours later, the guys all wrapped up---new unit, new everything! And aside from the insanely quiet outdoor unit, and the nice crisp cool air in the house, you would have never known five hard working guys had been there cutting and tearing out old stuff to put in the new stuff. They cleaned up so well! Best I have ever seen from a company coming to do work for me. And they were all kind, energetic, polite, happy guys! They showed me around all the new stuff and asked if I had any questions. There truly isnt enough stars in the world for my experience with Mr. Furnace. I would give their info to anyone and everyone!

I will definitely use Nr. Furnace again. I had another company install my new A/C unit and it never worked. Ice was building up on the A/C lines. They wouldnt warranty their work so I called Mr. Furnace. . They sent Adam to take a look at it. He was professional, on time and its been a month since the repair. Everything seens to be working nicely. Thank you for the great service!

Had a tech come out on 8/13/2021 for an AC issue. I think his name may have been Chad but I could be wrong. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with! The experience with the Mr. Furnace techs is like that consistently!

Although the salesperson misunderstood what I wanted at first, the technicians were great. They installed an air purifier system and replaced the humidifier for me. They were great and knowledgeable. They explained everything and were very courteous. In the future I would prefer to bypass the salesperson and just have the technicians come out if I need something new

When no one else was available to handle my emergency, Mr Furnace came through with a Saturday appointment. And the rates were higher on a Saturday but would expect that on an emergency call. Thank you Mr. Furnace. Adam did a great job and we have cooling again!

I bought new AC Train system 4 years ago. AC goes bad and I call Mr Furnace, they send Technician in after 3 days. The technician fool around for almost 45 min and he mention about mother board of the furnace need to replace, then finally he said about the contactor of the AC system fell and he charges me $189 for the labor. He knows the contactor goes bad but he's not replace right away, then come up with all the BS issues like circuit short or mother board goes bad.
My previous AC system take more than 15 years and don't have one issues. This new AC system from Mr Furnace it goes bad after 4 year and loosing air.
it's my last service with them and never use then again.
