Joe the salesman was very nice and very knowledgeable about I wanted to upgrade to a high-efficiency traine furnace 96% great price. Also the installers did an excellent job installing the furnace in my home as well as helping me understand the work that they performed and The new upgraded air filter the size of the filter I will be needing when I change it out. They cleaned up and did a great job installing I highly recommend Mr furnace as well as doing business with this company.

I recently had a furnace and air conditioning installation done by Mr. Furnace, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The technicians were skilled, efficient, and professional. They arrived on time and completed the installation seamlessly. As a first time homebuyer, i had no idea what to expect when my furnace died as winter fell. These guys were able to get out here right away and do a job some others wouldn't. the new furnace cut my heating bill in half and has been amazing. because of this, when it came time for me to swap out my window AC units with central air, i called Mr Furnace. Here's where it gets real interesting. this AC unit has been a total lemon, but the owner and entire team at Mr Furnace do everything in their power to solve this issue. including arguing with the manufacturer on my behalf. while the ac debacle has been frustrating, it's been solved, and these guys never let me down. i couldn't recommend more fervently!

My wife and I were debating about which company to use for our water heater replacement and while we were at it, a new furnace and a/c. We like to use local companies whenever we're in need of repairs around the house. She researched and found Mr. Furnace. After going onto their website, I sent a message stating that I was in need of a water heater and furnace with a/c replacement. Within a couple of hours, I recieved a phone call from a nice lady who set up an appointment that very afternoon with the salesman, Joe. He was prompt and a very likeable and knowledgeable guy. We didn't feel pressured at all and were suprised at the cost for everything. After getting the quote that very afternoon, the crew showed up the next day to install the new water heater. The following Thursday, another crew showed up and installed the new furnace and a/c. I can't say enough nice things about the overall experience. Everyone that I dealt with from the beginning to the end, were very respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and very neat at their jobs. Ours was not an easy to get to install, but the guys never slowed down. I will recommend Mr. Furnace to everyone I know. Thank you all again for a great experience.

Mr. Furnace came out in 2019 when my AC broke (it was 15 years old and an original cheap one that was installed when the house was built). They put in a brand new TRANE system all inclusive installing a new line to the furnace and new electrical box - all for a VERY competitive price. Because of the great service I had in 2019 I just called them out for a furnace tune up (which is only $70 as a special) and they were prompt, on time and professional. All of their crew is very professional and nice from when you call to when they arrive in person. Highly recommend!

Mr Furnace is a fantastic company to work with. They are very affordable and they do fantastic work. Their employees are so kind and helpful . Hands down would use again and would recommend to friends and family.

Joe R. came out, we figured the best wall furnace for our sunroom, Matt and his crew came out and took out the old and put in the new in a couple hours. Once again I am thoroughly pleased with Mr. Furnace and all their gang and all they do!

Let me start by saying I wish I could add more stars. I contacted 3 heating and cooling companies for an estimate on new furnace/ac, new duct work and thermostat installation. I submitted the estimate appointment request via their website on a Sunday and I was called the next day by a very nice gentleman to set up an appointment a couple days later.
Joe was on time and immediately felt like a family member when he walked through our house to inspect the situation.
Now, we live in a home that was built in 1950 and still had the original in ground gas radiator installed, which was our only heat source. That radiator would get hot and radiate the heat through the bungalow. It was very inconsistent heat and it was either 80 degrees or 55 degrees in my house.
Joe made us feel like we were his #1 priority. Made the owner come over too to make sure his plan would work. With limited space and no basement, our new furnace had to go in an upstairs closet.
The estimate was very reasonable and transparent. We trusted the workers enough to give them access to our home while we were up north. work was done timely and professionally.
They also noticed that our water heater was not up to code and fixed that for us as well.
I am beyond happy we went with this company.
Until now the other two companies never even got back to me. I still cant believe we have working "modern" heat and will have working AC in the summer.
Even after work was completed Joe has been in touch to make sure everything works to let us know they are always just a text/email/phone call away if we need anything.

Called yesterday for service on my furnace, wasn’t working and my house was 44*. Technician came out within 2 hours of me calling, walked me through what he was working on and testing before giving me the final price and problems. He ordered parts and another technician was at my house early the next day. Nice, respectful and quick.
Adam & Jeff were great.
Will definitely use this company for future needs!

I can't say enough about Mr. Furnace! My tenants furnace completely died on her and I ended up calling another furnace company that I have used in the past...they came and said that there was nothing that they could do and to we needed to get another furnace and it would take about 10 days for them to install it! Obviously, we did NOT have 10 days to wait for no heat, as my tenant would be without heat during the middle of winter. So I called Tony from Mr. Furnace. Tony was able to dispatch a technician in the area within an hour and he did confirm that the unit needed replacement, however, he was also able to fix the furnace temporarily, until they were able to replace the furnace the following week. My tenant had HEAT during that waiting period!!

On the day that Mr. Furnace came to install the unit, they were very professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Mr. Furnace!
