Excellent work, excellent service, very professional, fair price. Installed a new AC unit, ran all new lines. Lines were installed along the house, nice straight runs, looks amazing. Matt and Kyle were the install team and they were awesome! Use this company, you won't regret it!

Our AC unit was on the fritz and stopped blowing. I called and someone was able to come out within the hour. They were friendly, respectful, and super knowledgeable. Lee talked me through everything and made sure I understood how the system worked and what he was doing at all times. I look forward to having my new unit installed and am very pleased with the service I had received today. Highly recommend this company!

The service that Briarwood technicians performed was excellent. They replaced my hot water tank in under 2 hours, showed me how to turn the pilot on should it ever go out and explained every thing they did. They were extremely courteous and careful maneuvering the tanks up and down stairs and through the house. They even asked if I wanted them to vacuum the stairs to the basement. Super service and good price. I highly recommend Briarwood Heating and Cooling.

My best friend and I just bought a house together a few months ago. We knew the furnace was old and would need to be replaced soon, but had no idea the A/C would also have to be replaced. After being quoted an astronomical price by another business, we did some searching around and found Briarwood. Lee came out to do a quote for us and was extremely honest and clear about his recommendations based on what worked for our house. AKA he had no interest in upselling and quoted us a very fair price. From there on out, the work was scheduled and then completed in one day. The guys who came out to do the work were super nice and polite, and showed me how to work everything after they were done. I feel totally comfortable with the work done and know I can reach back out if there are any issues. Definitely recommend their services.

Our a/c stopped working and they made time to come out the very next day. Paul was quick and helpful. He made sure to explain what he was doing and gave a general summary of the condition of our a/c unit. We will always call Briarwood when we need help.

Highly recommend Briarwood! Their service and attention to detail is exceptional. Our HVAC is old and yet they’re honest about the fact that it’s still in good condition and working efficiently. They’ve not tried to push us into something new like other companies would. When we do need replacement I will definitely go with Briarwood.

The Briarwood team removed the old heating system and installed the new Navien combo boiler the same day. Matt H, /Matt /George/Kyle and Luke were very professional. Lee was quick to respond to any issues I had with the new system and a technician was on site the same day. I highly recommend Briarwood for all your heating and cooling needs.

My furnace failed and I called early on a Monday morning and Steven came out to look at it that day. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provided us with the options / pros and cons of repair vs. replace. We decided to replace the furnace. Kyle and Cord came out later that week and removed the old furnace and installed the new. They were very professional and did a great job, even sweeping up when they were done. They also found an issue with the humidifier water feed and explained it me, which I was able to fix later that day. Briarwood did a great job and we highly recommend them.

Brian from Briarwood was excellent! His communication was great and he quickly identified the faulty pressure switch in my HVAC system. The first company I called wanted to replace the whole unit and didn't instill confidence... I'm so glad I got a second opinion from Brian!

Brian was great!! He was honest and he knows his stuff. And he has a good sense of humor. If you have any problems with water tanks or HVAC. Just ask for Brian! And also Lee who runs the show is also a straight shooter and honest. I have been using Briarwood for about 8 years and so far I have not been disappointed!!!!
