Chris came out and provided a detailed explanation for the full replacement of my furnace and air conditioning unit. Pricing was very fair and compared with (3) other competitors, I felt comfortable giving him our business. Alberto and Kevin completed installation. Very highly recommend them! On time,finished before the projected project time,and beat the price by far of a chain home improvement store. Will be using them from now on and recommending to friends and family. You guys are awesome! Oh by the way it was a hot water heater upgrade and to code for those wondering lol.

They also installed a new water heater. Very professional, on time, placed drop cloths, told me what they were doing and left the area clean when they left. They put in my a/c and furnace in February, 2021. Highly recommend them.

Unfortunately for me, my builder used a different company for the furnace and we've had multiple issues with it. It started leaking water on one of the coldest days of the season yet. With two small children at home, having an unsafe and malfunctioning furnace is every mothers nightmare. Chris came out within 30 minutes and not only repaired the issue, but inspected the system and found other things that needed to be addressed.

Exceptional company with the best service. My hot water heater started to leak at 7 pm and we called Chris right away the next day he installed new hot water heater. Chris and Brent were professional and did the job on time with fair price. I’ll definitely only call them to replace my AC unit.

Pilot Mechanical was referred to us by another HVAC company They came out for a same day estimate for a new AC unit and we had our new unit installed within a week. They showed up when they said they would and they were professional and efficient. We highly recommend.
