Their field teams are awesome, Steven diagnosed my AC unit problems within minutes and offered the most cost effective solution for a replacement unit since the one i had was on its last leg.
Brian came to install the new unit and was very efficient (and funny)
Will definitely do business with them again in the near future to replace my furnace for a higher efficiency unit.

Briarwood is one of the best companies. I have been using their service for a while now. They have always been honest, quick and efficient.
First time I called them 8yrs ago to clean carbon on my water heater and after that I had to use their service only now in 2022 to change copper strip. So after their work 8yrs ago, I didn’t have to call them at all. That’s how efficient they were. Totally recommend them 💯 %

My A/C stopped working on hottest week. Called a couple other places in the AM, either not open or told me it would be a few days wait to send a tech out. These guys sent a tech within a few hours. The young kid Paul was super nice and professional, had the job done in 15 minutes. Luckily a simple repair. Kinda a steep price for the call, but I’ll pay it again no issue since the issue got resolved so quickly (worth the price since I didn’t even have to break a sweat that day).

We had a new AC unit installed. The technicians were courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The owner provided us with good information and guidance in selecting the AC unit. We will always use Briarwood in the future for any HVAC needs we may have. Highly recommend this company.

The technician Steven was polite, knowledgeable and eager to help. Steven have me a lot of good service tips and educates me on the maintenance of the furnace. I will absolutely use this company again for my furnace needs.

Steven came out and was professional and nice and told me how to upkeep the system between servicing. We called for an AC check but I will definitely call if we need anything for the furnace in the future. Would suggest the company send a confirmation text or call the day before.
