I was very impressed with the service provided. We had our ducts cleaned and wow what a difference before and after! They took pics to show us! The eucalyptus sanitizer used to clean the vents was a nice touch :) I highly recommend this company very easy to work with and price was right.

Update- Another great experience with this company. Woke up not sure what happened but no hot water!! Texted Jennifer at 7 am had a call/text back at 8am and the issue fixed by 10 am. I didn’t have to be at home and everything was taken care of via phone or text! They are so amazing the respond in a timely manner and are straightforward with what’s wrong and don’t leave a mess. I know it’s a bit of a drive from their site to my home but so worth it. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Repeat customer here! So had thought let’s go with a company closer to my address but those other companies never showed up (seriously grosse point mi hvac companies very unprofessional)... but enough of that nonsense. Texted the company to schedule hvac fall maintenance and my tankless water heater maintenance.
1 quick response within a few minutes.
2 appointment scheduled within 10 business days.
3 came first thing in the am.
4. Called let me know what they did since I was at work.
5 absolutely NO mess (just like last time).
6 left a key right there in the door lock by accident and they hide the key for me.
7. Called me and went through everything they did for the furnace and water heater and answered by 20 questions.

Awesome service technician “John” and again great service thanks for driving an hr to do the service!!! Will definitely use this company again

We contacted Trusted Heating & cooling to inquire about a Air Duct Cleaning. We called around to 3 or 4 other local competitors. Alex and Jennifer offered a in home estimate and explained the process. Wow what a difference it's made in my home. No more musty smell!!!!! Thank you Trusted Heating & Cooling

Devon was awesome! Helped service my Furnace! Spoke clearly and professionally. Walked me through what he was doing and gave me some tips on not only best practices for HVAC but WHY I should take action to extend the life of my systems. I will be using this business again, and WILL be using Devon.

A simple inducer motor replacement by Trusted Heating and Cooling has turned into subsequent issues of unignitable burners and uncontrollable furnace by thermostat. They refused to admit their mistakes and hung up on helpless client. The following is the detail of the 3-day unsuccessful repair:

Our draft inducer motor stopped in front of our eyes Thursday night. We called Trusted Heating at Hamburg because they carry York motor. A young technician came, did an inspection, and worked on the wiring. He arrived at a diagnosis that the problem was due to our malfunctioning motor, so he replaced it with a new motor from York, which looked different from the original one. After the replacement, 4 of the 5 burners could not light up (there was never such a problem before this), so the technician replaced the ignitor, but the burner problem remained. He then cleaned the gas orifices and burners, which, again, did not help. He lastly turned the gas pressure to the maximum (from 1.9 to 3.5), which ignited the burners finally (temporarily at that time). After he left, we found that the furnace was out of control of our thermostat and kept heating. The only thing we could do was to turn off the furnace manually and call Trusted Heating again.

The following day they sent a second technician here, who checked everything only to find a jumper left in the panel/board by the previous technician when he worked on the wiring. This caused the disconnection between the thermostat and the furnace. He also turned the gas pressure from 3.5 back to 1.9 (our original setting), because the furnace was too loud. We did not blame the first technician who had carelessly left the jumper and turned the gas to the maximum, because the only thing we wanted was to have our furnace back to work.

We asked why the burners stopped working after the motor replacement, but the second technician did not tell us the reason. We asked if the new motor was not compatible with our furnace, and if there were other problems, he answered no. We also asked what to do if this happened again, he suggested us to call them, and he left.

We finally had a warm night’s sleep. However, only after this one night, all the 5 burners cannot be ignited, and thermostat has lost control of the furnace again! Seeing the same thing happening once more, we realized the old issues have not been solved at all. Besides, we worry that the jumper might not be the only mistake made by the technician. So, we called Trusted Heating as suggested by the technician. However, they insisted sending the first technician, who had made all the mistakes. Moreover, they asked to recharge us, claiming that the repair was successful, and the issues we are having now were new and unrelated to their work. We did not agree, because the jumper was left by them, and there are obviously other mistakes made, causing problems of the thermostat and burners, which worked perfectly fine before the motor replacement. They could not even justify themselves but hung up on us.

We are very unsatisfied with their work and attitude. With holidays around the corner, we have nowhere to go but stay home due to the pandemic. We are also worried about bursting pipes in the upcoming brutal weather. With all the time we spent and the money we paid Trusted Heating, we are left with a broken furnace in a freezing home. Any responsible contractor would accomplish their job, admit their mistakes, and correct them, instead of trying to cover up their mistakes and turning helpless clients away.

Our 7 year old boiler (still looks new) suddenly stopped working in the middle of one of the coldest nights so far this winter. We woke up shivering. John arrived in less than half an hour and quickly determined our system had shut itself down because it had gotten so clogged with dirt it had become a fire hazard. It took several hours to get the system fixed and I feel like we received excellent value. No price can be put on the safety of the family. We've learned our lesson and will be having Trusted come back every year in the fall to make sure this never happens again. Thanks guys! Highly recommended.

Fast at getting an appointment, but the guy that came out was outside checking my unit (which I had already told them was brand new) for maybe 15 minutes before telling me the unit is fine but he isn't sure whats wrong, maybe the vents need to be cleaned. And that cost me $127... thanks for wasting my time and barely checking anything.

$147 just to diagnose the issue. Then, replaced a $30-50 part, which takes about 5 minutes, for $180. The technician replaced the part without telling me in advance what the problem was or how much it would cost. Typically, any service that is done is rolled into the “diagnostic fee”. If your A/C goes out on a weekend, wait until a weekday to call them, even though they claim to be “open” 24/7
