On a 90° day, I called just before 6 PM. I had resigned to thinking that I wouldn't even get someone on-site to look at my AC until the following week. They were able to fit me in the next day, in the afternoon. My technician, Chris, Showed up early. Chris was professional, explained the situation and offered recommendations for next steps. I was able to work with him to choose the right new unit for my home. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and more than happy with the service. Initially, I was scheduled to get my new unit installed within five days. Jennifer, the office coordinator, was able to fit me in even earlier than that. I would absolutely recommend trusted heating and cooling to anyone looking for expediency, honesty, quality and caring service.

We had a new furnace/provisions for future AC intalled by Trusted and have to say that the all around service was excellent! All the office staff and installers were very courtious and knowledgable and definently worked as team. They are a true pleasure to do business with! The Company name says it all "Trusted". I/we Highly reccomend this company for all your HVAC needs.

My experience using Trusted Heating & Cooling, Alex the owner and his technician Chris were very professional, personable. I felt extremely comfortable working with Trusted Heating & Cooling. They came highly recommended. I used them for duck cleaning, which my furnace is only two years old. Glad I purchased their comfort care package which they will come out and do a annual maintenance on my furnace, clean out my water heater and change out my furnace filters twice a year. As a business owner myself and family man. Some of these minor things at home I get to busy for. On top of that, they discovered a gas leak. Wouldn’t think their would be after only a two year old furnace replacement.

Outstanding job putting in a new water heater. We asked to have it configured differently and they did all we asked for. Super timely, explains things well. We also had a new furnace put in and the inspector said this company does good work.

The service team was prompt and very professional. They exceeded my expectations in every way, from the time I called for service, the can do attitude to help me and my family with emergency vent cleaning due to a medical condition, to installing a scrubber system to clean the air. The team Terri and Tyler were very professional and truly showed a care for not only the the work they did but my satisfaction. I strongly recommend Trusted Heating and Cooling.

I could not love them more! Devon and John came out yesterday and they were SO great. They were kind and professional and friendly. I used to use Robin Aire as my go-to but I won't use anyone but Trusted Heating and Cooling from now on. Very pleased with everything. Thank you for being wonderful!

I just had them out to the house, again. Devon diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in no time. So happy they were able to fix everything in one trip and it was very affordable. Still my go-to company for heating and cooling!

Wonderful experience all the way around with this company. Devon came by to quote us on replacing some ducts and venting, he was on time, very nice and fair. We will definitely be calling when we need to replace our a/c and furnace in the future.

This past week, we had Trusted Heating and Cooling Solutions install our new furnace and AC unit. Alex and Jen (owners) came out for the initial quote and inspection of our existing units and were so helpful. They listened to our many questions and gave me their recommendations for equipment needs which I am completely satisfied with. When the inspector came out he commented on what a clean and professional job Alex and his crew did for us. Their staff is very friendly and I can't say enough about their professionalism. I received several quotes and the price was very fair and worth every penny. Trusted also has a storefront in downtown Hamburg which is very convenient. I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my HVAC needs.
