Our a/c was leaking and stopped cooling our house at 4:30am on a Sunday. I called expecting to leave a message just to get in line for service, but actually got a person (whoever was on call 7/24/22, thank you again and sorry if I woke you up) who coordinated having someone out first thing in the morning. Alex was extremely kind and kept me informed every step of the way. Can’t recommend them enough!

I hired Trusted Heating and Cooling after a referral from a friend who works in the HVAC business told me they were a outstanding company. Another plus was they were only 3 miles away from my home. I had 2 other estimates and Trusted gave me the best value for my money. The office staff was great and kept me informed about the whole procedure. They also helped me get 0% financing for the project. The installers Jeff and Matt were both very professional and knowledgeable. Me being a tradesman for 40+ years was amazed at the job they did considering the small area they had to work in. Great job! The Trusted team was so amazing! Jennifer came out and gave us our initial estimate. She provided all the details we needed and was so friendly and helpful.
The day of installation the installers were super friendly, and really did a good job. They went above and beyond and even cleaned up a couple of other things in our furnace room like fixing the ROs pipe path. They also explained everything we needed to know about maintenance.
Overall I felt very confident in the work that was done and that I’m taken care of as a customer. Would highly recommend

Trusted Heating & Cooling Solutions represents their name well. When my furnace failed during sub-freezing temperatures, a friendly support person helped by providing an economical solution to replace the unit in my house. Prior to installation, I was notified of the particular technician to expect. The Trusted team arrived well within the scheduled window. They were professional and neat.

I was having problems with my heat pump/furnace and when I called my prior service agent, they were retired and "out of the business" but they suggested calling Trusted Heating & Cooling. I called the Trust Heating office, had an appointment promptly scheduled, and a Service Technician was onsite within 24 hours. (Note: it was important but not an emergency - I was very happy with this turn around time.) The service man, Christian E., promptly addressed the concerns I had with our furnace. Additionally, I asked him a number of questions which he promptly answered. He suggested pros and cons for alternative solutions. He identified specific services he would recommend, but didn't try to high pressure/hard sell things, or make me feel stupid for asking questions. Regarding specific services of interest, he was able to quickly give me a clear cost estimate that seemed reasonable and competitive. I will absolutely contact Trusted Heating again when I need service, and would be happy to find tech Chris at the door!

I will be recommending this company to my friends and family. Having to replace heating and cooling is usually such a drag, but the service with Trusted made it a much better experience. I was looking to spend hours at home in less than ideal circumstances, but we were made to feel very at ease and encountered no discomfort while the team was installing the new system.
